Are these exceptional cases or what, Sir? Number 20 is pronounced as zwanzish and not swansish. But 2 is pronounced as swei then why is not followed in the pronunciation of zwanzig as swansish?

Sir, you said that in most cases we would pronounce "ch" in a word as shh for example ich. However, we pronounce the "ch" in number 6 in German as zeks. Why such a contradiction? According to me, pronunciation for number 6 should sound like zeshs! I hope I've raised my issue correctly.
