Love On1 Photo RAW: it's a great package for one, feature rich and feature enriched with every upgrade; single payment, upgrade when need, own the copy; reasonably priced. I use it (and upgrade) since On1 Photo 10. Love it!
I have been using DXO Pure RAW for noise reduction but it is very slow compared to ON1. I have slowly come over to ON1. I want to be a pure ON1 user but there are a few things that I think need some work to get me to dump Lightroom Classic all together such as masking, panorama, and HDR built in to an all in one editor. Loving the strides forward though. Thank you for all the new features and keeping the prices affordable.
Installed and first think I tested was NoNoise. Prior version, it was slow...so slow to apply and load (5 year old i7 computer). New version, it loaded and applied the NoNoise in 1/4 the time (estimating). Tested only on few photos (then back to my normal office work), but what I saw in performance improvement...BIG WIN. Thank You.

Awesome capabilities…now I hope you can assign a small team to get your text tool up to that level. Even though I can work with it, it cannot be described as an elegant implementation by any means. No question you have the expertise to address the somewhat clunky way it works. At least 8 of your competitors (image enhancement space) have a more fluid text function. Every other tool is leading edge.

Where can I find out information on browsing and cataloging videos? I found a 4.5 year old UA-cam video, but figured things probably changed. Can On1 play video, sort video by camera, change thumbnail of video (middle as opposed to start of recording)? Thanks
I stopped using On1, the last version I have is On1 Photo 10, upgrades/updates usually change the whole concept where I have to learn the software all over again and pay for it again.
It really hasn't changed that much in quite a few years. It's pretty straight forward if have used ON1 and we have plenty of resources to get up to speed quickly.
If only the sky replace tool would work when you have clouds in your shot! I was a bit bummed out that you need a clear sky for the feature to work properly.
@@ON1Photo I do have the latest version but when I apply the effect I can always see remains of the clouds. I've tried it on a few pictures and same results.
Why can't you make the fonts & numbers big enough to see? My eyes are good, but I can barely use the program! I'm talking about the right side sliders and controls.
@@ON1Photo If you mean using a monitor scaling other than "native", the result is very fuzzy, so that doesn't really help. I'm not aware of any other way. I think the program needs a setting for this.
Not sure if this is the forum to ask - I cannot open my NEF files on my updated version just get what looks like a portrait photo with a line through it - the online help only seems to direct you to videos not a human. Can anyone help please? Thanks J

I don't know why, but I'm getting some weird texturing that happens when I resize my photo. I only blow it up 200% at the most, and get these weird distortions. I have been processing my photos by first going with Nonoise Ai, then the tone in Ai, and then I crop. Afterwards, I resize last. Any sugguestions?

Still probably not going to renew the next time after the bait'n'switch preventing use from photoshop and lightroom. It's cut my On1 use down to just the occasional use on the laptop that doesn't have Lightroom.
What's your progress on supporting Canon EOS R7 raw files? Are they already supported (same format as other Canon raw files?) or do you need to implement it?
Guys, I'm using a free trial. I've noticed a few quirks in the Portrait AI section. I had a photo of a young lady with glasses on. She was standing almost in profile. On1 not only missed the eyes, but perceived the image as having two eyes. That wouldn't be a biggie if I could delete one of the eye masks, but I can't seem to do that. Also the AI missed the mouth by a mile. Idk, kind of disappointing. There are sooo many things I love about this software, but the AI is somewhat disappointing.
Sort of found a workaround. I adjusted the position of the mouth and one eye. For the other eye, I simply moved it over to a portion of the image that was away from the face and that did the trick. For most other images, this tool works great and is spot on.

There doesn't seem to be lens correction for iphone 13 pro using ProRaw and generating a .dng file. The manual adjustments also fail to work.

Very strange haven't heard that yet. Make sure you have the latest update would be the first place to start.

On1 Photo Raw 2022.5 have problem to read DNG and CMYK file that can not to replace the Lightroom yet. Don't know when you guys to solve this problem.
Would it be better to just use the built-in camera raw lens profile as opposed to the ON1 Len profiles?

Yes, you would definitely benefit from using it. You would definitely see the difference at higher iso
is there support/inbuild Fujifilm film simulations?
Not currently, but the raw processor does do an excellent job with Fuji files

You can continue to use the individual plugins for those apps. They are available for purchase outside of ON1 Photo RAW.

We will need to implement it. You could always convert to DNG first and then use them until support is added.

when are adding Sony cameras to the tethering ? hurry up on this!! cant take it further , you all still stuck in the past.
