There's so much about this song to say. 1 chorus, a very simple set of lyrics throughout a 5 minute song tells a literal lifelong story. The beginning starts high pitched and energetic, halfway through it tones down and slows a little bit, and by the end the tone is dark and deep and the track slowed to a crawl. Representative of a life cycle, getting older... by the tone of the voice and the well placed lyrics, it is a person who has been through rough times. Worked very hard in life and is getting tired. But they find the strength through God to keep going every day until their journey comes to an end. I'm not a religious person by any means but this song is beautiful. It shows unshakeable faith. Devotion. Love. Pain. Depression. Fatigue. Sadness. A paradox wrapped up in a beautiful orchestration. It embraces sadness, pain, and dark emotions in a healthy way while giving a glimmer of hope and light. Beautiful.

Listening to this song made me picture of someone thinking about their life and realize that life can be hard but there are these moments who make us happy,the little things that we often ignore and focus on pointless things that are just a waste of time...And while they cry for all the wasted moments that could be something so much better,they start thinking the optimistic side of life and a smile appears on the crying face.This is by detail what i first imagined while listening to this song for the first time and i always think about that when i listen to it.Sometimes it can make you sad,its true.

I would say song means life is fast. Evertime the voice gettin deeper "she" gets older. Sometime i look in the mirror and think "wow you getiin old man" and bam you 80 years old.

this song is about a woman in conflict with her eventual mortality. At the start of the song, she has a pitch very high and feminine, like she is alive and full of spirit, however at the end of the song, her pitch is so deep she is almost unrecognisable, its as if the woman became old and ancient - she is near death.
However the key thing is the last thing she says is "Yhwh". It almost sounds like Yahweh, another name for God. The other evidence is that she "folds her hands to pray" and refers to "the one unchanged", some unknown being who is infinite and immortal, strongly pointing to a higher being of some sort.
her hands "grow old" and weary of pain, the key message indicating she is in a state of decay. She doesn't want to die, she is praying that she will not die.
Even the music box at 3:13 sounds as if it failing and faltering, but somehow, manages to find its strength again at 3:29. Its as if the woman is the same as the music box - she is losing her strength but is trying her hardest to stay alive.
But there is nothing she can do. no matter what she does, no matter how many times she pleads and prays to the "one unchanged", to Yahweh, it does not stop the slow but powerful force of ageing.

This album art goes really well with this song imo. The person is shown to be it's own moderator, the illumaniti of it's reality. The reality is controlled by our own perception. But the perception is kept in the dark and blinded by the 🌹 as the world around us crumbles. As it says in the lyrics. My hands are growing old and weary with pain, still I fold them to pray to the one unchanged. The 🌹 could be the beauty of the notion of a higher power or the satisfaction with ourselves in our current state which is fed with narcissism and is true for the whole human race which thrives on it; satisfaction being the death of desire.
And even the vibe seems like a cry for change. Please allow yourself the uncomfortable luxury to change your mind, open up your mind beyond yourself.
