I do it different. First it’s very important that the cutter and heating plate is clean, never touch the ends after they are cut! Second when heating I don’t apply pressure like he is, he is just pushing the plastic out as it heats up. If you hold still without pressure, it will heat the plastic more thoroughly. Then take the heat out and smash the pipes together so the plastic pushes out when you connect the pipes, not already during the heating process. That way you will get a lot better bond! Also make sure the pipes come in at the right angle. You shouldn’t keep tightening it like he did, he should have put a block underneath the pipe on the right side so it comes in level with the device.
I remember doing this plate fusion welding method when I was an apprentice 27 years ago....wow these guys do rough work. I didn't think anyone did it like this anymore now we have auto socket welders.

Most Indian technicians aren't skilled and don't even bother about the quality of work they produce. Look at Delhi's sidewalks you won't find many plane surfaces. Or look at the metro stations huge gaps between panels and panels are unoriented. Third worldly standards are just awful.

I mean you need a proper ratchet so you waste less time. Need proper PPE so you don’t hurt yourself and overall you shouldn’t be working with mud isndie pipe just casus more clogs in future

There are many mistake... 1) but the joint fixer machine at flate surface in respect to pipe 2) Do not use water just after welding.. It may get failed 3) ask worker to use gloves for their safety purpose. 4) clean heater plate before and after use. 5) Do not use cutter unless and until if its not required it may increase cost of contractor. 6) the major mistake of yours is your earth excavation work is less than 1 meter. It should be 1 meter above the pipe line. Soo instant of making videos do your job properly.

This is very important coz when pipe line have fittings like bends, tees, drops etc so this center line( if aligned all) help a lot (specially when a new technician continues the abandon job) Hope you got it
Salim Sirkhot the blue is only to tell what will be carried in the pipe. Where I work this would be clean water, yellow is gas and purple is dirty water. You don’t need to align the lines/stripes
This jode pipe jointing machine has many disadvantages as it require a more space for jointing a given dia pipe.For example if we have to join a 100mm dia pipe and we have made a trench of 150 or say 200mm width for this pipe to being set it underground.,then to operate this machine we have to either widen the trench where this machine is being settled or we have to join the hope pipe above the trench as shown in this video which is practically very difficult or not possible due to more length of pipe Also the chances of joint failure is more if proper technique and proper skill is not done To this substitute male female coupling is more effective and condition effective

Mostly joints are not successfull..its better to use on order ring pit upvc pipe of any company of required pipe dia with 2 nos upvc tail peice and two PVC or Ms flanges with required nut bolts...and get it connected....from side and tighten with flanges....it would last very long in high pressure lines also....
