Imno super fan or anything, haven't played all the titles, but I got the first game day 1, the next year when the cards came out, got them day 1 also. I even attended weekly tournaments and gym challenges at toys r us, got all the badges, man it was so fun. Fast forward to today, I still collect the cards every now n then, played the games since and after S&M. Bulbasaur is easily my all-time favorite Pokémon. He is adorable, and super strong. Plus he's a grass and poison type, both being my fav types, poison being my most fav. This is such a well done video, thank you.. from the bottom of the dusty fart I call a heart, thank you for making this.

where predators in the pokemon world are incapable of producing their own magic (PP). while prey in the pokemon world are ones who can by like, resting in the sun or such. and so pokemon don't actually eat each other like most peeps think. it's simply a dance of gathering and stealing magic energy to make themselves stronger. as for actual food energy, every pokemon lives off berries, and every individual has their fav type based on their personality. manufactured pokemon food is just nutrient compacted berries. and all human food is just berries shaped in many ways and mixes of flavors cuz humans be extra like that. like the sandwiches you can make. the bread is berry based dough. the lettuce is berry leaves. the tomato is tomato berry. the meat is pulverized jelly like solidified sheets of berry juice. the cheese is, well, that's actually made from moomoo milk. but yeah. basically everything is berries. pokemon are actually incapable of being eaten directly cuz they're basically indestructible. humans are too. sure. small pokemon might somehow end up in big pokemon's stomachs by accident, like swimming around a waillord, but stomach acid is nothing at all to pokemon. upon realizing the mistake, they get let out completely unharmed.

The only gripes I have is that I would have gone with a Morgan Freeman type voice, and there are a bunch of instances where the Pokemon are really jarring to see in the environment. For example, there's the shot of Bulbasaur just kind of vibing next to a tree at 2:48, and the scene just before that, where it's painfully obvious that they're just Pokemon Go models (I think) superrimposed on the scene. Same with Celebi, but actually a bit worse. It doesn't look like it's flying in the environment, it looks like it's just sliding around on the screen. It is well done, and I hope to see more.
some trainers in the chat are asking why bulbasaur looks like a png that was clicked and dragged in some frames . sorry to break it to you but that's just how bulbasaur actually moves 😂 💀 they're just that silly. i couldn't believe it either when i chose it as a partner, it didn't look like it was mentally there. but it's full of love.

It's okay. No, it's actually good, I just have too keen an eye for how the scenes look (sometimes the graphics do not mesh well with the background, e.g. Bulbasaur rolling around in the sunlight). But it's still nice to see that someone actually did a pokédocumentary with double-digit length. This I will put in one of my private playlists. Hope episode 2 will improve visually.
If they keep the graphics of the pokemon movie I think it would be actually good to see. I understand making a live action, but if they do please don't mess up the way the pokemon look because it'll throw off the movie. I hope they read this and take it into consideration because I know the movie has potential just need to take thier time with this project and it'll be perfect and give them time to work on another pokemon game to while fans enjoy this

Now do Dragon Quest Monsters. They did it before Pokémon. Dragon Quest V, released in 1992. Four years before the first Pokémon game. And I am a huge Pokémon fan but there is no Pokémon without inspiration from Dragon Quest.
