This is a very commonly asked question by parents and I think the way I would rephrase it is really "We are providing treatment of symptoms" because autism is a symptom-based diagnosis. It’s based on certain diagnostic criteria and as these criteria are no longer valid, could we say the child is cured. And that's what a lot of parents are claiming and is being seen in some cases but I think the way to approach it is to look at the treatment of core symptoms and associated problems that need to be addressed and in addressing those problems, for example, we know kids have speech and language issues or are not being able to communicate. So as speech and language improve and as communication skills and play skills improve and kids can be mainstreamed and with less and less support, they are really functioning like their typical peers and that can be considered curative.

Mam you explain the truth very clearly, but I think that autism disorder syndrome develope a inherent special quality in the child which is above the 100 children of similar aptitude.
Let me tell you my child story, he is six year old, complete speech delay, major autism spectrum disorder diagnosed.
But he is very well in swimming, painting and some athletics work also.

Be natural.... Follow old ethics , food ,exercise, social interactions etc.... Child will become fine.
The more we going away from nature and ground rules of living.... The more these conditions will become promimnent. The more society will become " SO CALLED DEVELOPED AND BROAD MINDED " .... the more we will be facing this.

Short awnser is *no.* But you can reduce the symptoms, but still, it's not "curable"

Autism is invented by psychiatry to name certain people that have common issues. There is no specific cause to that. It can caused by many factors. For example when a child feels very alone at school. He is not good in social skills and find the world we are living very difficult. He or she is just born healthy,, but with different qualities. They developed stress due to the fact that you need to have social skills to function in this sociaty. It causes anxiety, depression, sadness for those children. Most of them overcome this when they become older, but due to social media, the internet it is a growing problem. Autism curing is not the right term, because there is no Autism. It does not exist. It is just a name for people with common issues, BUT you can cure the stress and anxiety. Sometimes not fully 100 percent, but for the most part it can. Doing sport. Exercise, Cold showers. IceBath. NoFap, Semen Retention, carnivore diet maybe?. There are a lot of ways.. Look at the food. Look at the function of the body. The body and brain is connected. You can not treath only the brain. You should look at the whole body instead.
Autism does exist because I and many others have it so just stop spreading fake news it's ridiculous

Autism is very much here and arrived in india.. it is affecting not only the child but the entire family.. today's autism is very much different than a generation back autistic.. who were well educated.. having good jobs ..they were lacking only in their social skills...here in this generation an autistic kid doesn't have speech or understanding of this world..he is almost disabled..and you are saying there is no autism..therapies can work upto a certain extent but beyond that there are no answers..
