Great video! I would love to see a video of the 2 Bedder! Also, I was going to ask you how this place compared to the Copacobana, so thanks for giving your input on that. But one thing about the Copacobana is that it looks to be right across from the beach, and that seems like a big advantage. Also, not certain about this, but it looks like the units here might be slightly bigger than the Copacobana?
I’ll feature larger units in this development soon. You are right the copa is steps from the beach, advantage but prices are more. This development is a 3-5 minute walk to beach. Which I prefer because less people walking outside your condo and noise. Plus copa is getting crowed long wait times for elevators and feels like a hotel were as this development is quite, luxurious and feels like a home. As far as size of units this development offers many options on sq. meters based on your budget.
Is there mote than one Riviera in Jomtien? as this does not look like the Riviera I booked to stay at last year unless that place has been redeveloped.
There are 2 Riviera projects in Jomtien -- Monaco and Ocean Drive. There are 1.5 in Wongamat - Wongamat and the joint Riviera-Nova magnum opus Palm. There is 1 being constructed in Pratumnak - Malibu.
Unless you are getting a beachfront unit in Copacabana, I would go for Riviera. Riviera is the top developer of resorts in the greater Pattaya region, with all its 4 developments so far - the Palm, Wongamat, Monaco, and Ocean Drive all bagging the top awards. Malibu could be next.
I wish you would have shown the actual living space like where you relax at night in your own unit. These units are very small and even though the amenity are great. Peoples still need to have an actual private living room to relax in of their own.
I stayed there for a month and the place was super busy. I saw him sitting around foaming at the mouth cause people were in his building, enjoying life, whilst he's trying to endure peace editing his videos in his busy public area to pay his rent.
They are laidout nicely but your right small be cozy. 30 sq meters if suitable for a single and 50-80sq meters is perfect for a couple or small family of 3.
because is the number one viewed topic in thailand for expat or curious individuals looking to see what you can get for half of what you pay elsewhere.
The only two people that could like this decor is Mike Tyson and Scarface. This place is screams 80's B rated Miami drug scene. Waiting for Tony Montana to walk on the set.
This place is over the top. Incredible value
So true!!
Fantastic place

Yes please show 2 bedroom, my family would like to stay in one
Looks like a nice place, looking forward to your viewing of the two B/R's .
Thanks for sharing! This one has to be one of the best value for the money condo units I have seen in the Pattaya and Jomtien area!
There are many much better deals in Pattaya. The Riviera has tiny shoe box rooms. I couldn't stay in a place like that.
Bro you need to push the doors where it said "Push". That way the glasses remain pristine from palm prints.
Good job James..This place may be my next target
Thanks Al
Unbelievable, I would like to book for a year , amazing, I am staying down the road next month.
send me an email if you need help finding a condo in this development
What's your email address, I am not very good on social media , but I will shout you lunch one day , cheers
Any 2 or 3 bedroom units available currently in the Riviera ? very interested.
How can i contact the agent please.

There are several in the area this one is located on 2nd rd in Jomtien aka ocean drive Riviera.

Who did the decorating - Liberace?
lol. i think your on to something. thanks for making me smile. have a good vibe day.
Price point looks fairly similar to Copacabana. How would you compare the two. Ocean Drive looks like only 541 units vs Copa at 1500.
Copa feels like a hotel vs riviera feels like a home with a lot less people and a more luxurious feel. Copa 8.5 riviera 9.5 in my opinion
@@GVTGoodVibeTribe Thanks. Appreciate it. Moving over in August from Florida.
Good work my friend, you will be better and better. What do you think Copacabana or Rivera Jomtien? Best wishes Siri and Uwe
Thank you! I’m moving there soon I’ll let you know.

Love them both but if I had a choice I would choose riveria
Thank you 🙏🏼 riveria
@@GVTGoodVibeTribe we will test it. One month Copacabana and one month Rivera Jomtien. And after we will see. Can we rent it directly?

I agree you spend a majority of time in your condo so square meters becomes most important

@@BC-iw7vy You mean the guy making this video?
Most vloggers won't show their unit because it's tiny and has cheap furniture..
@paradise6606 yeh this dude, he rents there long term
some1 have problem with math ... this 16.80USD its not 18000 baht !!
The first question I always ask...How many sq. meters is your condo? How many sq. meters is this condo? They look very small..

I just wished they used Thai model's faces on the walls instead.
lol.
Why do people move to thailand and make videos about real estate?? I dont get it

Luxurious lobby...average apartment
exactly. but other than sleeping and ..... you spend most of your time in the luxury and opulance of the development.

lol. love the comment. Say hello to my little friend.
