It is a trip to hear Phil LaMarr’s normal speaking voice; I’m so used to hearing his deep bass tone in his voice roles
He looks so young too it’s amazing to hear that voice coming outta that face
I really appreciate the creators admitting their own mistakes as Bruce Timm does, and admittedly I like the series as it is. Adding Justice League Unlimited really spices it up.
For guys that claimed they just winged so much of this series it really shows their true genius and excellency

DC owes so much to the whole production crew of the 90s-early 2000's tv cartoons. I think the company would have folded by 2000 without Bruce Tim and his whole staff.

I hate how Supes is nerfed in Season 1 while Batman is overglorified
It’s tough because it’s a storytelling mechanic essentially. Batman has to be kind of broken and OP to even keep up with the other League members; so an audience believes he actually has something to offer. Superman has to be kinda nerfed because he’s so powerful in comics that he would almost single-handedly destroy any threat they come up against (barring magic). So for a story to have any tension they have to nerf him, and then explain he just “holds back” a lot.
