First time watching this channel. Loved the house and the tour, especially because it looked liked the owner had just popped out to the shops and the crew came in to film. I think that the mess made it, actually. About the rooms with no obvious use, with silly posters on the walls and the dirty clothes all over the floor, I don't see why a room should have a function or a role. I'm all for the mess. Loved the presenters. At first when she started moaning about the long way in I thought, can't they just tie her and throw her in the river or something? but then it became very funny. And who is Federico and why is he so lovely? Watching some more.
This house is great! I love the garden. It's a manageable size and I agree that a small pool would be great (if allowed). If I could buy it for myself, I would turn one of the bedrooms into my office and the other into a gym (since there are only two bathrooms). Reclaim the terrace and add an outdoor shower.
Love your videos thanks again for another great one enjoy falling along with you. Enjoyed what you’re doing at your castle or whatever it’s a fortress but was really cute today. Is that your matching have you become part of the real estate company?😂😂😂
I agree, if all their stuff wasn't around, it would be a nice house. Speaking of garbage and recycling, last May, I was driving in a small town in Tuscany - I got stuck behind a garbage truck that was collecting - He dumped three of the four bins in his little truck. It didn't look like they were recycling to me.
Stephen's comment on the pile of clothes in front of the door..."no words"...well there are words for people who would think: OK I have a film crew coming to show my home, which is for sale, and yet I feel it is too much trouble to put away my dirty clothes or moist bath towels or dirty dishes. That is funny, who are these people?!? Anyway, the place is cool but some of the character has been sanitized out, in my view. Cheers
agree, but unfortunately staging is not a thing here in the countryside. I say this a lot as we walk through. I truly do not understand it. Especially where people are living. I mean in a rubble I get it.
@@AnnetteJosephstyle Yes, I think everyone can feel free to avoid a typical US version of staging that involves making an empty place full of shiny new furniture and unrealistic place settings on the table, because it's costly and obvious. But when it means feel free to leave your week's worth of dirty clothes on the bed where you threw them each day, I also truly do not understand it, it goes in the list of things that the US/Italy simply "can't translate" across the cultures...that would be an interesting real estate top 10 list by the way!
You made my day brighter ! You are so funny but love the insights you give on houses. 👍
another FUN video, Gosh that quality is great, two zany brits are it! Federico and Annette too adorable for words.
