I am a Civil Engineer I took Architecture for two semesters and shifted to Civil Engineering. If you listen carefully to this guy you can learn a lot about architecture. The way he explains about the perspective is outstanding.
You guys are impressive with not only in your fresh design approach but thoughtful use/interaction/language of space... the details, the finishing quality and overall simplicity of form and function. WOW!
This gentleman is in my opinion, a Master Narrator. His choice of words, execution and contextual relevance means you can almost visualize his spaces sight unseen. Love his innovations, spacial reasoning and tasteful choices.
This house is truly remarkable, with many inspiring design elements. My husband and I, greatly appreciated the architect's honest approach to the design choices and the valuable insights he provided. The narration was excellent, making it one of the best walkthroughs based on the floor plan. We were also impressed by the pond and the landscaping. A round of applause for all the thought and care that went into creating this masterpiece.
Completely inspirational!! True design is thought provoking and detailed -- where every function is well considered and the form equally adapted to the function yet maintaining intrinsic beauty that is timeless and trendless. Thank you!
The guy is also a good narrator, and although his accent is non-native English, he speaks fluently, effortlessly, as if the narration was scripted. Well done!
I might be crazy, but I am almost sure that they are using AI to change his mouth and make it look like he is speaking english. If you pay close attention, his mouth doesn't always sync 100% correctly, making some weird movements from time to time. What bothers me the most tho is the lack of sound acoustics in the audio, every room should have a specific sound signature, but in this video it doesn't matter if he is in a bathroom or outdoors, the audio always sounds like it was recorded in a studio. The house is still beautiful and the narration is really well made, kudos to them.
Love your home and we have the same taste. I have an elevate home and the beams are concrete needless to say my wife made me paint it so I hand brushed it to keep the concrete look except for a section in the back facing lake. One thing I noticed is you have curtains running the length of the living room, we have curtains with vertical blinds meshed in so we can adjust to sunlight or have the blinds open to view the lake and still have privacy and they also run the length of the house and they're two curtains that join in the middle so we can close the dining room or the living room. I believe you will like them
Bra you are genius...the fact that you are Soo creative and you chose Architecture is such a good combination and the best choice, you could have wasted all this creativity doing something else but u choice the best career that challenges your creative mind.. I'm looking forward to see what you will be doing in the future
Have you ever used Lotus to naturally warm a small area of a small pond? Brilliant work, thank you for posting your creation. I plan to emulate many of your ideas. Hazelnut, Willow, and Japanese Maple Trees in House. Grass on roof. Natural swimming ponds.
This is one of the best architectural videos I have seen. Excellent! Loved your explanation for decisions you made and mistakes and what you would do differently. Excellent job and beautiful home!
I like the layout of the ‘’wake-up rooms‘’. It makes perfect sense and oddly enough is still quite unique. I don't like the warm walls. Radiant floor heating works much better and money doesn't seem to be an issue.
Now, this is the first concrete house design that I love. I am collecting ideas for my dream house from you guys ❤. Please add more videos to your international channel. Could you please tell me the size of your living and kitchen area? Also, about the trees in your garden-it looks like a forest. Did you plant them, or were they there when you bought the terrain? I also noticed you don’t have a fence. How come you didn’t integrate the cooling system into the walls instead of using AC? Thank you, it is a very nice house and domain. You are so talented at what you do!
The ratio of the human to the building is really, I think, the key to building a place where humans feel "lifted" and comfortable. The question I have is the unusual inverted "box" you have created with the ceiling materials and short "walls" of slatted wood which to my eye creates an inverted box shape above. The perspective of the video camera might be over emphasising the "weighted" feeling of the ceiling, which might bring about a feeling that something heavy is above. Although, at the same time the wood material really brings a warm, inviting feeling to the house, a really innovative choice! But I was really interested in your comments describing pathways of movement and how the building is shaped to offer maximum views during the movement. As the camera moved I noticed the always presence of the outside, your design really offers a real interaction between the interior and exterior that makes it a very special house.
Here are my questions after completely watching this video: 1. Do you have access panels for the Plumbing in case there is a repair that needed it since the floor and the walls are both made of concrete? 2. When you were thinking about bathtub placement, was there a thought of having one in your master so that it could take on the view of the beautiful atrium to give us like experience? If so, why did you choose not to have a tub in your master? If not is a thought maybe in the future? 3. Do you have a method of dealing with mosquitoes or other such bugs in your in your patio, especially when you have doors open to take on the fresh air? Does the pond attract more mosquitoes or have you devise away to minimize that?
I really like your house and your aesthetic. Agreed about the curtains and like the lighting. I am curious on how you would produce a similar design but in a hot tropical and humid environment with only one face providing a view.
Wonderful design inside and out. It would be fantastic to hear the details of the smarthome setup as well as the utility cabin on the outside of the carport. Thank you!
Great content! I would love more detailed content on hidroisolation, execution of some elements (ex: windows, the hidden vent for airflow where the small hazelnut tree is). 🙌🏻
The moment I saw Audi, I knew I was in the right place. I'm a Structural Engineer and I want to add Architecture to my skills though I'm not sure of how to start
Some of the large windows include transom windows that open inward and down ward. Would you do this again? .How does that configuration work in practicality?i I.E., n terms of drawing too much exterior heat into the home (summer months), rain (fall months)?
This guy is brilliant! If I ever make enough money to be able to afford a house like this, I will definitely hire this guy. Oh and somebody please buy him a better sweater :)
R U kidding! You obviously aren't interested in the topic. This would have to be the best presentation of an architectural designed home on uTube. The design is great and he has been so generous in sharing so much detail as well as his honesty! He could do this presentation nude. Who cares what he is wearing. He is unique and humble unlike many architects.
Looks great in my project i used 4 glazers windows and for the sliding walls triple glazed. Could you tell us about the facade panels how are they doing. I have gotten very similar once but they were so bad that I will have to replace them. was thinking for aluminum panels but not sure if that won't be a mistake as well. Great job sir :)
although I love the end result, there are a few details i'd like to outline from my point of view: - kudos for the smart home (as I did BUS smart in my apartment) but sometimes it can be annoying especially if the electricity stops; - the house is a bit small if you plan to have children or even guests; - drapery fabric blocks part of the view (maybe it could be designed to curve to the side wall or something); - construction is not very suitable for colder countries; - if you have children, you might scream for an office door, as they won't let you have any privacy otherwise ;)
Where is ur property located ... love ur design n concepts n heartfelt narration.. most enjoyable video of this kind .. wish u can advise on my future housebuilt project in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
Since everyone spoke eloquently regarding this video, I’m just gonna stay one obvious fact that was meant to be not as obvious is that the cat is an unpaid actor. “We chose the cat to match the interior” correction the cat is a paid actor.
I noticed that you didn’t have any wall art. Is that because you were apprehensive about placing nails in the concrete? Are there less invasive ways to hang art on the concrete walls without damaging the walls, so you can change the orientation of wall hangings as your style changes in the future?
This guy is a master architect and builder, one of the best video i have ever seen on UA-cam

True..hes a very knowledgeable gentleman
For sure ! They should upload more content like they do on their Russian channel

Fanni looks so tiny in such a big house. Without any other family members, it kind of looks sad and scared, too.
I was just enjoying the cat.
The cat 🤣🥰
I want to be an employee at you architecture firm 😂 awesome 🔥🔥🔥
For decking you should use Accoya or Tricoya as acetylated wood.
(Me, taking notes with some effort) "Ac-co-ya or tri-co-ya. Noted"!
Squeaky front door 😂 is that one of the unique features 😮
It’s like a house build of glass
