Have you ever read The Man Who Mistook His Wife for A Hat? It's actually one of my favorites. I read it in college for a class and it was right when tumblr really began to popularize the concept of Neurodivergence. The way it presents mental illness as a trait, maybe not to be desired, but rather that becomes implicitly part of someone really helped shape my view points of some of my own thoughts.
Louis Aragon is a master! I haven't read Irene's disCoUNT yet, but I will at some point because the idea is so, well, surrealist, that I know I'll enjoy it. Then we have Oliver Sacks's book as well! Oh, my! This is pure gold. I have the Strangling chicken book in PDF if anyone is interested... Foibles: minor flaws of character or personality, quirks (but bad quirks, not funny, cute one) Good one!
When your husband was reading the plot to Suburban Chicken-Strangling Stories I thought it was the plot to Chicken Run.
you know it’s a good day when Anda posts
I got excited about Brook the Weather, kinda bummed it's not a real book 😂
Great to see your husband on the show. Suburban Chicken-Strangling Stories sounds hysterical. I have to look that up on goodreads.
A story of a man's torment after appearing on his wife's YT... 😬😂🖤
"Where's the cannibal stuff?." A question we all ask ourselves.
