Its amazing watching your videos from Australia. Our laws in regarding to towing is quite different from USA. We have tags ( rego date) but some states don't need to display. Police can check on their computer in car. Towing is only allowed when signs are displayed etc.. but heaps more involved.
Every single video gives me a satisfaction of people's cars getting yanked. And how you cordially deal with mean people and patiently explain to them the reason behind it. You're awesome man!

Knowing the right way to tow a particular car so it doesn't get damaged comes from years of experience and this takes hard and exacting work to acomplish! Brandon Taylor it’s easier to blame others then take responsibility for your mistakes. No most people don’t just pull up and say I want to tow that car. If management calls or your in a handicap or fire lane or taking up a space with a junk car then yes it’s hooked!
No one can complain about what you do and how you do it. You have a job to do that needs to be done. All these people know what the rules are, they have been warned, given plenty of time to comply but they have made their choice and now they have to suffer the consequence. You go about your job professionally taking due care with peoples property, showing them plenty of respect, you have utmost patience with the more difficult people. There just seems to be some people that want to resist authority brake the rules and do as they please. You are doing a great job. Stay safe CHEERS

Back in the day (80's) my son and foster child repo'ed and towed vehicles. We kept in touch with the CB. I was always afraid for them. They had to duck bullets many times. I guess things really haven't changed too much. Stay safe towtrucker

The element of surprise is all but gone, when you're driving a diesel powered tow truck which is noisy as a garbage truck. There's nothing like intentionally trying to increase your chances of some sort of a confrontation.

Here in Florida, you can't even keep your OWN plates. You have to put them in a drop box and fill out a form.
