I’m lucky to be able to work from home at the moment and this morning has been very stressful - I’ve realised most of my coworkers clearly want to sit in the garden and farm all their work to me... When you said “nobody wants anything from you at this moment” the first time I actually started crying, I felt like someone actually cared about me at that moment. Thank You Sarah, stay safe and well 💓
My mother did the same thing for years. Everyone always put their work on her whether she wanted to do it or not.
Now, next to her boss, she makes more money than anyone else in the entire medical plaza.
All of that stress amounted to rewards her co-workers would never know.

I Haven't slept for over 72 hours and have just realised I'm in the irritable phase. I tapped this vid by accident and
I found it annoying and passed judgment immediately deciding it offers no benefit and you are deluded to believe you are helping anyone, as I went to leave a comment started reading the other comments and after reading several I began to rapidly change my opinion. I kept reading and Even though it doesn't relax me, you are helping many people and the world needs more people like you. That has changed my mood greatly. Thank you.

I have to tell you that when u blow air close to the end of the video I was very relaxed.. I almost fell asleep but from my head to the torso or so.. i was shaking/struck by energy.. it was a weird sensation... I never felt that before.. kind of scared me a little... that was insane..
