Sifu this look like Bhatura except Bhatura bigger l think this one best cos no need , Indian oven for roast 🔥🔥🦆 and char Sao type very difficult use need be professional so l follow Ning make this chole is 🐣peas in kacang kuda ok l think cooked any style ok with 🍅 and cream
