First check their track record. They are not giving the flats on time.
Google reviews are not good from buyers who bought flats here. Couple of reviews attached below for reference.
They are repeatedly changing floor plans and sizes. Highest common area percentage 35% in the city. No badminton courts, cricket net, skating rink, EV port to all parking, they are promoting like luxurious project.
Update and response is very very poor. Before the payment sales executives and Veera Reddy are very good. After the payment they are not lifting calls and not providing any updates. Will get better apartment with similar price
I am commenting here to see in how many years this project is gonna get completed. Its already one year gone when I last time see this project.
same here, this project is ongoing since long time and very slow compared to others, builders are not responsive at all, very good at giving golis..
10 flats per floor that too like a circle. not good.

Don't invest here. They are not giving flats on time. They will take the money and make you run around. Check other reviews of their other projects.
