Dragon's Dogma Hardcore Challenge (Warrior) BONUS - post-challenge footage

Even though the official challenge was over (with a rather disappointing ending honestly), I decided to keep playing anyway (despite it being like 2 in the morning by this point - remember this whole run was all in one evening). At the time I figured I'd just brute force my way to the end of Speed Run mode using Wakestones, even though that's cheating for the official challenge rules, so this wouldn't really count as part of the challenge run.
Anyway, I thought maybe some of you might enjoy seeing me getting my butt kicked as I throw caution to the wind and just try to push through, not really caring if I die any more...

Hello! You definitely won't remember me, but a couple of years ago I asked your opinion on DDON.
I finally bit the bullet and installed it myself this year (basically right before they announced it's shutting down) and I cannot overstate what a great experience it has been! DD:DA's vocations (except maybe bow users lol) don't hold a candle to their DDON counterparts, the improvements are staggering, and it makes me INCREDIBLY excited for the future of the series, which is incredibly ironic considering its one sequel was an MMO... but it really does its DD DNA justice in a way I never would've imagined
There's only 2 months left until it shuts down, but if you have the chance I think it would be a shame to not try it out. I was also reticent for years, but replaying DD:DA this year left me craving more, and so I got into DDON, expecting a watered down experience but receiving anything but...!

Thanks for reporting back! Sad to hear it is shutting down, though I'm hopeful we'll get a true sequel now. Guy behind the series heavily hinted that would be the next thing now that DMC5 is out!

Your playthroughs were legitimately some of my most favorite content on UA-cam back in the day. The long awaited sequel comes out in 2 days and I remembered your channel. Had to see if there was a chance you'd do a new series!

Nice video, I would really like to see future runs from you, especially considering there's new interest in the game since the PS4 release. Now, if your burnt out on DDA, that's understandable, just throwing it out there. Anyway, good stuff.
