Assalamu alikum.jazakallahu khair.I am entering into my adulthood.but i am so worried that i cant handle it that i have anxiety for one month.Sometimes I am forcing myself.I am also losing myself and sometimes I feel far from Allah.I completely regret it.I feel like after this I can't be happy anymore, because I have negative perspectives of life after this.Any advices?
