Good info. I’m starting this program next month. Similar to me, undergrad and master’s in performance, and former Marine bandsman. Looks like you got a good deal going on.
Great stuff. IMHO a problem students have is not just finding time, but finding chunks of uninterrupted time. Especially for building an essay. If you can carve out a 5-6 hour chunk, at least once a week, it'll do your writing good. Obviously, people vary in the way they work and demands on their lives, but I say this having been in or around academia quite a bit.
Thanks for the glimpse into your journey. I’m exploring the program as well. So as far as the coursework goes, everything is submitted on your own schedule (by the weekly assignment deadlines of course), without any required “class meetings” at certain times in the week?
Any updates for us? I am considering the program.

@@DeMariusJackson I hope it continues to go well for you. I'm doing my comp exam this semester.

Semper Fi! I'm a Marine and am contemplating starting a doctorate at Liberty. Your feedback helps with the decision process!
I’m glad it helps. I start my thesis this fall! Go for it! Semper Fi!

Yes! You’re absolutely right. I don’t do well with small chunks of time throughout the day.
Is there a recent update video?

so far...no class meeting!
I didn't realize you were in Lynchburg! Do you ever play in Roanoke?
I'm actually doing the program online.
You owe it to yourself to find and listen to the last season of the “Gangster Capitalism”!
