That deranged woman who slashed his face in another episode made Dr. Bobby Caldwell a handsome bad boy with mental and psychological problems that got into sexual harassment problems with women at work !
I've been a nurse since 1993, and this wouldn't fly today. Even when I started, some of this went on. I'm lucky, I'm pretty sarcastic and could generally tell them off.

The Bobby Caldwell character was made into a real sleaze ball for awhile on the show. I think Mark Harmon overdid it. Mark Harmon later played a doctor on another medical show who was also something of a sleaze ball.

The acting on this show was remarkably good. Better than anything you see nowadays.
