Great information. I can only imagine how much income you have received from taking the time to build a brand via content. Good on you man, may it keep coming.
@@TyWilde As Gary Vee has said, it can take a little time to gain traction but it IS a real way to get all of the business to come to you. I am her….I have the control issues you refer to lol. I have been delayed on concrete and now framing and it’s driving me nuts. I should have purchased a spec home lol.
HA HA... I love this comment. It's hard for me too. I've built 5 times for myself & helped over 500 people so I kind of know what I'm doing & it's hard to just watch. Thanks for your comment & for watching.
@@deltaXna I signed back in May of this year and they just starting framing this past Monday!! Wow Nov? They should be able to give you some idea. I would have completely lost it. I hope you get the info soon!
We signed in October 2020 & there’s no specific closing date, but the builder said we will close some time this year. Gives us some hope. Good luck to you. Building in Austin, TX suburbs.
After speaking to new home owners and seeing their ridiculous online complaints....nothing is obvious to them and the build process and timeline are misunderstood at best. Keep posting "obvious" content and maybe it will help before the contract is signed.
Ha ha. Ain't that the truth. As a new home sales specialists representing homebuilders, I've received some bad reviews from people because they didn't understand the home build process or timeline. Believe it or not, I started this channel & shot my first video because I had received 3 ridiculous negative surveys from clients who were upset for reasons completely out of my control because they didn't understand the process.

Don't trust the city inspectors or the builder... Get the outside 3rd party inspection. Preferably a phase 2 pre drywall insulation inspection.
Honestly it can't hurt.
