      His downfall and comeback seem like they're from a movie aswell. His whole life is like a movie. They're going to make a movie on him 50 years from now guaranteed. Insecure 13 year old mma starter fighter, to plumber, to amateur, to pro, to double cage warrior champ, to ufc, to featherweight champ, to lightweight champ and featherweight champ, to biggest boxing fight in history, to the most successful Irish whiskey brand of the past couple of years. Downfall to comeback aswell.

      Lol the level of ego behind that statement.
      Not to take away from his accomplishments but there is justification why people don't like him.
      ▪ Only man in history to be stripped of two belts by refusing to defend.
      ▪ Hasn't knocked out anyone bigger than him (other than Poirer but that was at *145*)
      ▪ Undeserved LW shit twice in a row (Alvarez and Khabib)
      ▪ His fans are 50% why people don't like him because y'all act like he's a god and if we keep it real he ain't even in top 20 greats to even do the sport.
      ▪ He spent most of his caresr beating midgets, then people call him a god because he beat Diaz but we all know that ain't an impressive win

      @Thatthar899 What are you debunking lol? You said Conor would come back better than ever. I disagreed and then you conceded that he wouldn’t win against a contender. Didnt you just immediately abandon your original position? Or is there a way that coming back and losing to every contender is better than being double champ? The point is that Conor has not developed his skill set in years, he’s stagnated due to inactivity. Mentally he’s a chaotic train wreck, he has no passion for the sport or else he would participate.

    Interpreter: it certainly was a fight, it just ended very quickly(fucker translates that bit well though). How much did the taunting and disrespect affect you in the fight?
    Aldo: (aldo must be thinking "what the fuck? Should i nut him") it didnt affect anything. He could of said anything. I never let myself be provoked. Im at peace within. I went in there to work. It was his day today he got me with a good punch but I think we just have to wait for the rematch. Next time I'll come much more prepared and I'll take back what is mine.
    Joe: thanks been a pleasure.
    Aldo: I just want to say thank you to everyone. This is part of the game. I lost today but I'll be back even stronger and get my belt back.

    Congrats to McGregor on the victory, and kudos to him for not kicking Aldo when he's down and showing him some respect. Aldo shouldn't feel so bad about this loss, everyone in the MMA world loses if they are in the business long enough. A champion is one who can come back from a loss, I hope Aldo can do so. After his first loss he went on and started finishing all of the opponents he was facing, then we he got into the UFC he started playing it safe and getting decision wins. Maybe this loss will put a fire under Aldo and he'll be more motivated to go for a finish and not for a decision.

MCGregor conseguiu vencer Aldo fora do ring primeiramente pegando em seu psicológico e dentro do ring deu um show de como estava preparado para essa luta, enquanto que Aldo só queria era bater em MCGregor e terminar logo, erro fatal.

    I hold Jose Aldo as highly as I ever did. Will always stay that way... A loss is bound to happen to anyone at any point in a sport like this... He was a champion for so long and that takes a serious amount of defensive game. Conor, man this guy is awesome... No question... I love them both so much and much respect... I may never judge a fighter by just one loss...

The excitement he creates for his fights is next level, from the press conference to the event, his star power and charisma is unmatched, a true global superstar. He truly changed the sport of MMA, helped it grow into a global phenomenon, only one Notorious Conor McGregor 👏👏👏 Good memories 🫡

    Say whatever you want about Conor, but you can't take away that he certainly has a Champ's attitude. Win or lose, he's got a good attitude. He didn't gloat and hold it over Jose when he won, he didn't pump out a million and 1 excuses when he lost to Diaz(unlike Diaz) the first time, and again he didn't rub Diaz's face in it when he won the rematch. Sure, he talks a lot of shit before and long after the fight, but this is a business and it's a way to sell and promote. Anyone with a functioning brain stem can tell that it's to put on a show and hype up a fight.

    • @11393
      @11393 8 років тому +7

      Allan Costa he didnt talk shit to nate cus nate kinda won both fights. the judges just gave it to conor for rounds 1,2 and 4. but in reality. nate stepped on the gas at the end of the 2nd and conor took alot of damage after that.

    • @randomness175
      @randomness175 8 років тому +48

      O113 K3101 Stopped at "Nate won both fights." No, he didn't. He lost the second, point blank. Conor was hardly in any real danger IE: rocked except for a couple of clinches in the third round. All the "pressure" that Nate put on Conor or, in your words, "stepped on the gas" amounted to Nate hugging Conor up against the cage, and occasionally throwing slaps(not even punches seeing as how at this point, his lead leg, which he's heavy on, was battered meat) that mainly hit arm and shoulder or just flat out missed due to Conor's head movement, something even Joe noted as exceptional in the clinches. And Nate nearly lost the first seeing as Conor was dominating the stand up game, till Conor gassed due to his stamina being piss poor thinking he can jump two weight classes on short notice and be fine.
      To think that Nate won the second is just willing ignorance regarding the sport of MMA. Conor took no notable damage as evidenced by his face being totally fine post-fight, he was never rocked, never taken to the ground except the last 10 seconds of the last round. Yeah, "a lot" of damage alright. The most "damage" he took was when Nate finally checked one of the 20 something kicks that Conor was throwing to his leg.
