Sir kindly, explain, convert portion, 0.3152 * 10.76 sq.ft = 3.391 sq.ft , mera ya rha he.. kindly solve it!

there has been a calculation mistake.
Its 0.200 x 0.160 = 0.032 sqm
then 0.032 x 10.76 = 0.344 sqft
