1 big point I disagree on that game 6 performance by rangers obviously the Kreider line was awesome in 3rd but in their defense the Trocheck line was great the entire game they were the only line hemming Carolina’s top line in their zone until the 2nd half of the 3rd when after the Kreider goal the whole team woke up and played very well
What can you say about this team? They give you every justification for giving up on them and say “blow up the core” etc etc. and then they do this As happy as I am and trust me I am I just wonder about the sustainability of this IF they continue to rely on “finding a way” Finding a way is a great thing but nothing to be relied upon I know I should just be enjoying this but I am a Ranger fan…can’t help but wonder all of this Great Win
Also it’s not really accurate to say the first 40 was dominated by Carolina the first period really wasn’t that bad a road period it was much closer than the shot counter showed a lot of rangers shots were getting blocked in the first and honestly going into the 3rd I always had faith I had a feeling because 3-1 lead is the worst lead in hockey and we literally did the same thing last time in Carolina but took a bad penalty late and lost the game Kreider also had a legacy period that was awesome watching it in the moment
You sound almost disappointed Kreider pulled a hat trick in the 3rd and ended the series!? What’s up with that? Was no fluke we won this game or the series. The Rangers have a good team that can do this kind of thing.
