Very true facts, I used to travel to Bihar in the mid 90's and I faced several issues. Even if one had reservation, one couldn't get the berth in the train, couldn't go out after 7pm, couldn't travel by road in the night etc. After a few doctors were kidnapped, several doctors moved to Delhi and a few abroad. I still vividly remember my customer doctor from Purnia who sent his children abroad.
