The best crust I ever maid for a cheesecake was 1/2 pecans and 1/2 walnuts with vanilla and butter......and preface the crust before pouring in the cheesecake batter........so yummy!
Taking to a baby shower on Sunday… I used a larger pan & doubled my recipe for the crust, kept the rest the same, 45 minutes, probably a topping of fresh berries! If everyone likes it going to make for my Bunco group! So exciting! 🎉🥰🎉 Batter tasted soooo good! I love Keto Chow Chocolate Toffee 🥰
I love cream cheese too. Before I became sensitive to eggs, I liked making omelettes with cream cheese and cheddar. Darn egg sensitivity! I have the ingredients and want that now.
I watched this video a while ago and don't know why it took me this long to try it! I made it for Xmas with chocolate toffee and it was a hit with everyone including the carbivores. I'm already making another one with Irish cream KC which is now in the oven. Got to try it with all my flavors. I'm going to make another for my aunt's birthday next month so that she can have a diabetic friendly birthday dessert. I was amazed at how much the KC flavor really shines thru in the cheesecake... it's a lot stronger of a flavor than when I have KC shakes and ice cream.
Watching this video at 6am is not a good idea. That cheesecake will be on my mind for the entire day now, THANKS!!! I usually make cheesecake for the holidays so thank you for this great recipe!

Used the Lemon Meringue to make cheesecake. I even switched out lemon extract for the vanilla on the crust. Sooo gooooood!
