after my MCL surgery, I had one of these already connected to my knee. when we got home and plugged it in, it wouldn't circulate cold water so we took it back and got a replacement. I've had the second one for three weeks and it works great!

Helpful video. Slightly distracting that the presenter’s head was not in the video frame.

Watch whole video JUST to see where the handle is to remove and replace the top and THEN where to put the handle. Paper instructions in the box show conflicting instructions.

Why make a video with a headless host?

just had shoulder surgery and my cube just quit working. either the power supply failed or the pump motor has an open circuit. i need it to work. arm is bruised and shoulder is swollen.

+A Wyatt Man I was able to lay it flat on the floor to allow it to fill. then i put it on and it worked for a while. I Called Breg support. They rushed a new unit out to me fast.

Ive had this thing for less than a week and it has so many flaws. The dollar store cooler runs off wall power so why not make it so its refrigerated so the ice doesn't melt so fast. Also use a better cooler system, similar to a vacuum sealed unit like yeti. Also the pad needs to be loose from the patient and the water needs to circulate for at least 3 minutes before you place it on your self or the pad wont be able to build enough power to recirculate. This item i feel would work great directly on skin or with a thin bandage but with a thicker bandage (like after surgery) I have only 3 degrees cooler from when I don't have the unit on. Also the entire unit sweats ridiculous amounts. Including the non insulated cooler. SO much so i have to put a tray under it because it was soaking a towel. There are alot of things that could be improved upon with this product. I give it 6/10 stars.

Suggest less marketing of product and more focus on filling it up with water and ice.
