What you said about not having to use the same combo that everyone else says is the best is absolutely 100% true. I've always used my Mii with the Captain Falcon Amiibo suit, Blue Falcon kart, azure rollers, and paper glider online and that's won me plenty of races before.

For real; I was the only American player in a room with all Japanese players and I still came out with a W. 😁
There are actually so many Japanese players for this game it's wild. I'm constantly the only non japanese in a full room, and they're really good too. Glad you could dominate 😂

My favorites were always Yoshi or the Rosalina/Link class so when they became meta I was conflicted between happy to see them become better and sad that everyone started using them! To compensate I use the pipe frame now.

There is no such a thing as “being invincible from Lakitu” (afterwards). At least I don’t believe so. But I do think some invincibility frames totally _should_ be implemented! It would greatly reduce much of the feeling of “getting Mario Karted” in a lot of instances~

Yes, I plan to make a short on this! Its when you release a drift mini turbo right before bouncing on a bounce pad, then trick. It gives you a giant boost forward. You can see me doing these on mushroom gorge PS you cannot super bounce on an inward-drift bike for some reason

I love using Waluigi, not for the combo but simply because he's Waluigi I didn't play MK8 for so long that by the time I learned about the combo, it was too late anyway
I always played Yoshi. Like in every Mario Game where it is possible to play Yoshi, I play him. So I think I am just fortunate that he is the go to right now
I never used Waluigi/Wiggler pre-balance patch at all. It was always either Roy/DK on the standard bike (which to be fair has the same stats but isn't nearly as ugly and drives differently), the baby biddy buggy combo, or Wario on mach 8/sports coupe for the funny anti grav speed online By the way, on the first waterfall section in shy guy falls that is pulling you down, you can continuously hop to counteract it a bit. Didn't know if you knew but I'd drop it just in case. Cheers!
