- By far the fastest and easiest method, I believe you can also play the Brown Thunder Vigilante mission for an hour or so and that will get you the trophy, but that does require 100 hidden packages!

At 3:20 - a tip: Don't count yourself. Instead, use the in-game clock to know how much time has passed. If you need to beat your record of 20 seconds, start the course at for example 12:00 and complete it at 12:19. Then was improve your previous best by a second or two each time.
Everything else described in this video was 10/10. Easy to follow. Highly recommend.
Got the trophy by getting a fire truck and taking it to the mansion you get after killing Ricardo and driving it in and out of the front door. It glitches and says you passed the mission, so by the time you get to the 100 levels you’ll be making 1 million per mission.
Or if you’re not good at precision driving you can always start a fire fighter mission and continue driving in and out of the estate. Optional you can do brown thunder.
Step 1 go through all the rings and do not go through the LAST one until 00:00, repeat this step SEVEN TIMES.
Step 2 go through all the rings and do not go through the last ring until 00:01
Step 3 go through all the rings and do not go through the last ring until 00:02 then 00:03 then 00:04
you have to keep doing this until you're hitting the last ring at 00:12 then you should have the trophy.
Feel free to save whenever but you don't really have to, it DOES NOT MATTER if you fail but it only matters if you beat your previous time too fast, let the clock run out until a second before your previous best
Best method by far, did it in less than 30 minutes

You can fail as much as you want and it'll have no effect on the outcome thankfully, I blew up quite a few cars trying this

@@TheJungleGeorge Yeah, 200 just means you didn't beat the time but you also didn't fail the mission.

Yup, over $100,000,000 and you win, so if you're already at the end of the game you can just do Brown Thunder for an hour or two and that'll get you the trophy as well.

You absolutely can! Once you get the feel for it then it becomes so much easier, just take your time with it and try to count your time in your head, or even just say it out loud to yourself to help keep track, you don't need to be perfect. You'll get it done.

Can confirm 100% as of 14/09/2024 this method does work. At £12k and above the game changes slightly. You'll need to remember what your time was for the £12k and beat it by 1 second. Just running all the timers down to 00:00 won't work from there and simply reward you £200.
Am I only one who managed to squeeze in one more quicker run for the £10 mil payout 😂😂 £20mil and not even picked up a weapon yet. Can just enjoy the game now through to the platinum, winner

Saw the game yesterday in the store and thought right let's get into it. Remembering the Cannoli from the previous versions of this game and how awfull it way. So I thought make this the first and get on with the rest.

Can confirm as of 31/7/23 this method still works got both bloodstained hands and cannoli you dont need to do steal the ambulance or anything

For anyone else having issues: For the first few run-throughs, let the timer go down to 0 on all of the rings. It still will continue to work for the next few attempts. Once ending on zero no longer works (this is because at a certain point the challenge starts to give you a consistent amount of time for the same rings every time and never changes), slowly start ending with one more second on the clock. Keep in mind time earned from the rings is cumulative, so as long as you always end with the number being 1 higher than the last, you should be successful.
This is the move right here. Do this, makes it 100 times easier.

I'm not sure if the original versions will pop the trophy at $100 million since I've never tried it personally, but the method that has always worked on the classic versions is to get at least $10 million on Cone Crazy, get 80 hidden packages and then shoot an exploded car inside the Sparrow that unlocks when you collect 80 packages. Your accuracy stat will rise well above 100% and into the thousands so every time you shoot the car your Criminal Rating goes up. You can essentially just leave it running and the trophy will pop itself.

If you want auto save next to you, just have a taxi and start a mission then cancel it.
I just got the trophy today, mistakes are ok as long as you beat your time by 1 second every time.
What would happen if I try this on my 50% save file?
You'd get Take The Cannoli, only if you've not attempted Cone Crazy beforehand though or else you likely won't have the high times to beat so it would actually be impossible to gain the $100,000,000 that way. As long as you're doing Cone Crazy for the first time then you can do it on any save file

Why is it better to wait at each ring instead of gathering all of them and then waiting for 0 at the last one? Is it because you're getting a "bonus" second from each one? I'm not doubting it makes sense I'm just trying to figure out why!
If you drive and collect them all as fast as you can then you can often times end up with a different total number of seconds remaining than your previous attempt since you might have collected a ring 1-2 seconds faster this time than you did the previous time. If you just wait for it to hit 0 then you know exactly how many seconds have gone by, it also helps for when the trial starts to speed up since you can speed up gradually along with it.
Can anyone advise, I did this and didn’t get the trophy? My criminal rating is only at 20000, I did start a new game to do this
Sounds like you don't have $100,000,000+, are you playing the Definitive Edition? The PS3/PS4 ports have slightly different requirements.
@@KlyeKlyeKlye my bad, it’s not the definite edition. It’s just the solo one from the PlayStation store. So I’m guessing the requirements are different. I’ve now given up 😂

Do you know if the player only need the 100k criminal record, or that and 10 million USD in the account?
Yeah you always need that 10 million and high score for it to count, money seems to count for a lot of the criminal score
@@KlyeKlyeKlye 10 million USD gives you the 100k criminal record anyway. I just hoped I could get them without all the money.
I messed up myCone Crazy run. Now I have only 6 seconds and get 200 $. I have to do it on a new savegame.
@@fritzkaraldo8452 100 mill gives you 100k score. i have 11mil and got 35k score
If you mess one up do you have to restart from the save file or can you just retry the series from the roof?
Depends how badly you mess it up, if you're only 2-4 seconds over then I wouldn't worry, it's when you start getting things like 8 seconds over the score or you're consistently getting 3-4 seconds more than you should be and then the trial will become impossible to beat, at that point I'd restart from my save.
I guess by "mess up" I mean failing from hitting a cone too hard. Timing wise you're following the strategy but you hit a cone on attempt #7 or whatever. I've been restarting the whole save file to do it again. Can I just...try it again from the top of the garage?
@@chrisrios1709 As long as you don't set a fast time then you can just restart the time trial as often as you want, if you blew the car up or died then you can just go back and do it again, the only thing you wanna restart your save file for would be if you got a time of 40 seconds and then somehow zoomed to the end and got a 14 second time.

Just a quick tip for those struggling, keep track of your time on the brief in the menu so you know what time to beat, if you knock a cone over or get out the car and the mission cancels then don’t worry it doesn’t reset like I originally thought, it just means you have to beat the previous time you set so check the brief to re-jog your memory
Is it about money or is it about criminal rating?
Your criminal rating is what pops the trophy, but your criminal rating won't get very high unless you have a lot of money, they're tied together.

@@hirned You need at least 10 million dollars before the criminal rating will go above a certain amount, you can do the accuracy glitch all day but it'll never move until you get the minimum 10 mill

@@hirned 1 million criminal rating is true. If you've got 100 hidden packages and don't want to replay Cone Crazy over and over you can go to the army base and fly the helicopter, activate the vigilante mission "Brown Thunder" and play that for a few hours, your money and rating will go up insanely high, I think that might have been the intended method to get this trophy.
seems this has been patched, after 12k reward it goes back down to 200 every time
If you beat the time it'll increase, test it, make a save and then rush the course as fast as you can and see it go up to 24k, if it does then you know you've just gotta speed up, or try again on a new save and take it very slowly as to not build up too fast of a time. The "definitive" edition has an alternative method using a firetruck so perhaps that might be more up your alley if this isn't working out.
@@KlyeKlyeKlye nope he’s right. I also tried the method shown in the video, and after $12,800, it’s caps out and only hits 200 afterwards. Using the in game clock to count my time instead of using the cone crazy timer and still it’s capped out.
this isn't working for me, the time moves way too fast and even completing it I get only $200 each time , i start by going over the ring right at 0 and continue that and eventually go over reach ring at 1 sec, then 2 , etc. but always $200
There's another method out there that may be more accessible for you if you can't manage this. I can't seem to find a decent guide or video that explains it but it seems like you get into a Firetruck and drive into Diaz's Mansion while the Firefighter mission is on and when you enter the building it will extinguish the fires automatically, so you can repeat this over and over until you get enough money and also get the Firefighter trophy. I don't currently have access to Vice City so I can't make a proper tutorial but I'm fairly sure someone out there has made a good one, I just can't find it for whatever reason 😅 There's also another very easy method if you've collected all 100 of the Hidden Packages (which you probably will have on at least one save file anyway if you're going for 100%) and you just get into the Hunter helicopter in the army base and activate the vigilante mission "Brown Thunder" you do keep on doing that over and over and over and you should get it in about 1-2 hours. The other methods are slower and there's more effort required than Cone Crazy since you'll need to play the game for a while to be able to access these things whereas Cone Crazy can be accessed immediately when the game begins, however if you're struggling with this is might be worthwhile doing the other methods. @@KlyeKlyeKlye my game was glitched. I reinstalled and now its working. kind of. I am able to progress by beating my own time., but it seems I can't get within a couple seconds of each run. For example, 47s on 1st run, 43s on 2nd run, 38s on 3rd run, 33s on 4th run. its those exact numbers every time, i can't get say 47 on 1st run, then 45-46 on second, 43-44 on third and so on. i time it perfectly but always the time is in those intervals. by the time i am at 12 seconds I not even half way to 20 runs. Does this make sense? I don't know what I am doing wrong.
@@JohnSmith-oe9yy It's usually a matter of getting the rings at different points and it messes with your internal timer, you start to get lots of time at the start but the further you go into the time trial you'll get less and less time and in your head you might count faster. Use the in game clock as your timer rather than the time trial's countdown as the clock always goes up in seconds. It's tricky so maybe it's worth trying the other methods if you can't get this working

Everybody there, exploit the firetruck mission instead of following all these complicate and precise instructions.
Steal a firefighter truck at downtown, drive to vercetti mansion, activate the firefighting mission and the ram the truck up the stairs and squeeze it through the front door of the mansion. Then drive out of the mansion door. And repeat over and over again. Each time you go through the door, that firefighting level is considered complete. You will reach veeeeeery high levels in no time. No brain required. Money from the successful missions wil exponentially grow, and so will the rate that defines your caracter's doing.
I agree, Firetruck works super well if your game doesn't crash and is much easier
It worked well on my PS4, playing the definitive edition. I couldn't believe how fast I got it, and it was very satisfying watching the amount of money earned per mission exponentially increase every time.

That's because you need 100 million
Why does your guide say to stop at every checkpoint at 0 seconds and other guides just say to do the last one? Your way seems much more difficult
Do it however you want, this way just helps prevent you from messing it up too much since if you get a low time early on then you need to restart from the beginning.
