I forgot to mention that Lucky Cat respawns around every 1 minute, and after underwater the cycle repeats back to construction site.

Uh yeah where the lucky cat spawn is random but the first lucky will always spawn at contruciton

Sorry for the late response, rebirth is available when you completed the game, it’s unlocked by completing ??? quest line in the void (the 5th world)
