In Dynatrace , I have set alerting profile for failure rate increases. Failure rate increases problem is shown in Dynatrace page but unable to get alert due to saying "Frequent issue". Please guide how can i get alert ?
While creating alert profile you must add error severity. Then in the integration panel select problem for notifications and select which the method like email, servicenow, pagersduty and attach the alert profile. Hope it will works
To get alerted on problems designated as frequent issues, disable frequent issue detection under Manage > Settings > Anomaly Detection > Frequent issue detection and toggle the button for the layer you're working with. For your case, the transactions and services option.
