I love the behind the scenes features almost as much as the actual productions. They're both inspirational and discouraging because it's so intricate. But keep doing these!
I did one shot in Photoshop with Ghost Vitruvius meeting the Ghostbusters, and I used a similar technique for his glow, but I also added another layer of color which I used the color dodge blending mode on to add more ethereal elements to him. Great video as always. Amazing how simple but effective these effects really are.
Your animations are the best Mr. Ulrich!! I just ordered my first animation kit yesterday. You inspired me to get started in stop motion thank you for awesome videos!!! :)
It's called hue animation studio. It's not really the best one out there. But it has pretty much everything you need. You should just check out the website:)
i just learned most of sony vegas... not sure i can do it again with after effects lol, but it does seem a much more superior piece of software. thanks for sharing this video :)
Awesome vid I wanna do brick films myself but I don't know the right equipment or how to mask out my hand in a shot could you do a vid explaining how we can make our own with only basic equipment?
I've noticed that you mainly mask around your objects when working in AE, which can be really bothering since you have to do it manually for every frame. Why don't you use rotobrush? It is a lot more handy, since the mask you apply tries to stick to the selected object. Love your videos! Keep up the good work!!
I love how it is almost the Same with working in real life vfx. Amazing work can not wait to see more.
Great work! You are by far the best Brickfilmer when it comes to epic shots and composting
