    Never thought of using a hula hoop. Luckily I have some great Magnolia trees and English Ivy so I made a large wreath out of that. I'd say it's half the size of a hula hoop. I'll try this one next year. You're wreath turned out beautiful.

      Thank you! Sounds good.. Magnolia branches are beautiful even when they dry. You should definitely try out this big wreath for this years' holiday wreath and you can use same hula hoop for years :)

      Yes! Spruce, cypress, pine and any kind of green foliage / branches will work perfectly!

      Thank you. The spruce that I used in this will drop it’s needles in warm tempeture (in cool weather they will last weeks), but all other incredients will dry pretty nicely. Most of these kind of wreaths will last weeks or even months outside if it’s nice and cool.
