- Here's my vlog of Anime Boston 2024! Despite the title, I had a really good weekend. AB is one of my favorite cosplay conventions, mostly because all my friends are there! Thank you so much to everyone who came out for Hanni and I's panels- you helped make our con great :)

Aw! I love these con vlogs so much. RIP to the Hilton being so bad, but at least you all managed to have a good time anyways.
I'm glad you like them, they're so fun for me to have after a con! Filming in the moment can be a little awkward but the memories are so worth it ❤️

The fact that they could only give you sheets… for pillows and blankets… enrages me lol. Also Grace is so real for the “Uhm no? SPONGEBOB!”
I cut a lot of the hotel chaos for time, so here's some extra detail:
When we were told they didn't have any more pillows and blankets, I said "Ok, so we didn't get the double we booked, we didn't get any cots, and now there's no blankets either?"
In response, the receptionist said, I QUOTE "Well I can't give you what I don't have" as she gave me the rudest facial expression.
So yeah, don't book the Hilton. Running out of stuff happens, but not even saying sorry was what got me.
@@ChelleBelleCosplay Brooooo. A customer who booked a double room and simply got 0 what they’re paying for deserves an apology and some sort of compensation. A comped night at least. Especially when their reservation has four people on it. DISGUSTANG
omg i made it in! I had no idea you were gonna be at AB, if I go next year I definitely gotta spend more time at the con and meet all the east-coast cosplayers I admire 🥺
Your performance was stunning! I loved all the different elements you included, from the reverse bear trap prop to the acid quick-change. My favorite part was the 'flashback' video, I didn't include it in the cut but my friends and I were CRACKING up at the playground footage. It was such a good example of everything that a winning skit can include, great work!

At Katsucon I forgot the piece of my air mattress that seals in the air so I slept on couch cushions on the floor. I feel your pain
Slept on couch cushions, yet YOU STILL SLAYED!
I don't think it made it into the vlog, but at AB 2023 we forgot the pump for the air mattress. We made it work with a hair dryer and a paper cone XD
I was also Tokoyami at Anime Boston this year, I was wearing it on Saturday and was hosting the MHA Photoshoot
i was convinced that i wasn’t gonna see you guys but then i saw you guys in the elevator!! I wish i said hi!
and im also convinced the ac was broken bc it was so HOT all weekend we were dyin 😭
Ahhh a belated elevator hello to you!!! 👋 I'm sorry you had temperature issues too, we ended up turning off the AC/heating unit entirely and it was a lot better! Thank goodness it was March and not December or August 😅
Wow, sorry about all the issues Hilton gave yall. Also, I am absolutely guilty of being the person in line an hour early 😂

The whole thing about the wifi not working in the Hilton reminds me of my first con, my friend and I stayed in the Hilton and the wifi didn’t work the entire weekend 🥲
