Very nice finish a perfect OEM for a BMW, you can't deny that the Sagola does a great job I do like them but it's one of the few I don't have, it would be interesting to hear your thoughts on this gun compared to the Fuji MP-V8 Kandy Man, compared to my WS400 Series2 the Fuji is a hose and makes the WS seem a very slow gun👍John UK
The Sagola 4600 is a very fast gun, I think you will love it. It has no plastic seals in it so it lasts a lot longer than the Iwata and other guns. The WS400 is very slow compared to the 4600. The WS400 is such a finicky gun to get dialed in compared to the flexibility of the 4600. I get great deals from suppliers in the UK but it might not be as good for you since you have to pay VAT.
@@matthewwoolf8039 I buy from Spray Guns Direct in Darby. I got my WS400, an Air Gunza AZ3 primer gun and an AZ4 mini-gun for £430 a couple years back. They still have discounts on the series-1 WS400 and LS400 models. Which guns did you get?
@@davidparker9676 I go to sp supplies I think it’s liveepoool. I got Fuji mpv8, LS400 series 2 digital, Devilbiss gpg. He gave me some free goodies though. It’s for the business in general though it’s not my stuff. Looking to move jobs and get my own stuff at some point.
I tried to buy one a while ago, could not be shipped to me. Australia has a killer price on them. I use a sagola 4500 for sealer, I'm wondering what the air cap from the 4600 would do on the 4500. The companies always say parts are not interchangeable, but are usually just saying that.
I am sorry if this upsets you, the Sagola 4600 uses completely new paint system, air caps, fluid tips and needles and is not compatible with the 4500. Even if you install the 4600 air cap on the 4500 version, it will never paint as 4600 version. There was an official 4500 SAGOLA intermediate version called "Cafe Racer" limited edition that carried the future 4600 AQUA 2 and CLEAR 2 air caps, but even that did not work in the same way as 4600 original. Still, if you upgrade your regular 4500 to the AQUA 2 or CLEAR 2 air caps it will improve your experience.
@andreivoronenko6667 Thanks for replying. I can see the fluid nozzle has more holes. Just wondering if putting the new air cap on would be an improvement. The Sata guns have alot of interchangeable parts even though they say parts don't interchange.
@@glen4407 Yes you will have an improvement if you upgrade your 4500 with CLEAR 2 or AQUA 2 air caps (these was first time released for Cafe Racer 4500 limited edition and was compatible with 4500 regular edition), but it will still not convert your spraygun in 4600, neither the painting, just improve. I know about SATA tricks, nothing to add, man.
On the digital version, does the air control knob tend to change pressure accidentally? 9:17 since the bottom of your palm is touching it. This one issue is putting me off from buying the digital.
My supernova is basically benched now, sagola will last dead flat and twice as fast with half material. The sagola rep I talked to over in the UK have me wicked advice for thinner coats, run 2 fluid turns out at 2.5 bar. (Yep gun says max 2.2 on it). 4 to 5 inches away from panel 60% overlap and be ready to move fast. Will give you closest to dead flat I've ever seen. Without any tight dry looking orange peel and without any fat flat waxy looking peel. Just really good d.o.i and peel that looks cut and buff
What do you mean near the start by “seal it” you mean with tape? Then do a wet bed? Is that with a clear base coat binder? I’m in the uk and our terminology is different and some names of products. I assume you’re not uk lol. I googled it and I keep finding that it means putting on a clear base coat, but I don’t know if that just means using a clear coat too coat, as a base, or if it means, an actual clear base coat. Because I Google clear base coat in the uk and it seems to be a very niche thing. I’ve never heard of a clear base coat if there is such a product.
@@kandyman5315 for the sealer you mean it’s like upol barcoat? I use that and it’s an isolater that you must flat after and it flats super smooth and it’s grey. Amazing product. By wet on wet primer do you mean, you apply multiple coats without flatting then paint over it without flatting?
