Props to Carley and all the others on helping their team get the wrecked car in the trailer. Cool to see them step up when that team had better thing to worry about.
You had them covered, don't feel bad for winning a short race. I hope the fire wakes people up on having the proper safety equipment and rescue personnel at the tracks, and I pray A.B. is doing okay. That was tough to watch.

That pass in lapped traffic on lap 6 was sick. Nice driving.
I was thinking the speed differential between the front and back was a bit much. But with everyone making the A, it’s bound to happen. With like 28 cars you end up with a faster back of the pack and it’s a lil less sketchy carving through. Exciting race non the less.
Seeing everyone help out Bells team was so heartwarming to see. Tanner and Carly, your character is why you have so many fans.
I pray Angelique is doing ok.

They do, the fire suppression systems are trash. They don’t do anything to help and never work. I think more drivers need to start using Inferno Armor. That’s a product that actually works in fires

Halon fire suppression system does basically nothing. Inferno Armor protects you a lot more than Halon. Tracks and teams need to start using Inferno Armor as protection against fires.

My heart goes out for that girl. Time to look at the fuel cells and see if improvements can be made. Some better fire fighting equipment needs to be on hand to control methanal fires. Going back to pump gas may be an option.

Question I'm from Australia a place called Warrnambool in Victoria every year over what we call Australia day we hold an event called the sprint car classic which is Aussie sprints vs American my question is have you ever raced there or would you in the future
Tanner do you run a fire compression system? My father in-law has a midget back in the 70s and he ran one , bottle was on the driver side bottom rail and nozzles were over his head and the other was on steering shaft pointed down towards his feet

I'm one of your biggest fans. Have followed you for years. But oddly after you won I couldn't get past Angelique having to go to the hospital with second degree burns and possible lung damage. I was glad you won but I kept coming back to her.
I love Sprint car racing and I've always had a soft spot for racers that show up on a budget. I was at a sprint car race in Michigan and there was a guy who could barely keep out of his own way. I bought him a tire. You would think I'd saved his life. He didn't win the B.. but he was respectable. His smile was as wide as all outdoors.
So what does this have to do with Angelique. As I saw you guys putting her mangled wreck on the trailer.. I knew her racing career was probably over. Not because of her injuries or fear but because her team was out of equipment.
I'm wondering if it wouldn't be a good idea for you to do a video update on her. It would close the circle on your win.. You were giving a clinic in getting through lapped traffic. And if your using your platform to tell Angelique's story turned into a little funding for her..
Keep looking for an update on her.. and there's just nothing.
Last note. Your first win wasnt a fluke. You dominated. Anybody watching knows that you and your team earned that special hardware..

What about having a real fire truck at racing events?
I don't get these formats. Qualified 3rd and start 4th in a heat. Doesn't make sense.
There were 3 heat races. The top 3 qualifiers start 4th in each heat. Starting positions 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and back are straight up from qualifying. The heat winner and next fastest qualifier make the dash. If the 4th place starter (fastest qualifier in the heat) wins the heat race, they're the only car going to the dash in that heat. That happened at the Douglas County race, only 5 cars started the dash.

Its incomprehensible that in this day & age a touring sprint car series and a track that has multiple sprint car shows a season does not have the proper fire suppression systems for a methanol fire. Absolutely unacceptable in this day and age. All drivers and team owners should stop from unloading at a track until this is verified. this race was called at 13 laps because they used every single fire extinguisher on the premises because they didn't have the proper extinguisher with the proper chemical to quickly extinguish a methanol fire. Do better NARC & Southern Oregon Speedway!!
Love the win, but you really need to be running with better talent (WoO/High Limit). You can get as much experience behind the wheel as you want but running with elite talent is the only way you're going to grow in the sport. I hope you get that chance in the coming years.
