I just realized Rick tricked unity when he called her (Helen) “a nutritionist” instead of a therapist and unity fell for it, that’s how he knew it wasn’t Helen for real 😂😂

It's interesting that Unity knows Rick is hunting his alternate self. This either implies that this one and the same unity from one universe or that Rick dated multiple versions of Unity and trusted them enough with his secret. If it's the same Unity I wonder if Rick leaves her a portal gun so she can find him every so often.
I think whenever rick jumps realities he’s not going to just some random reality. He’s going to reality of his personal time line branch. Like in the first episode that he switch realities, that wasn’t a completely different Rick that was him that made different decisions. So he doesn’t have to do any research about what that Rick was up to.
C-137 isn’t the only Rick that had his family killed by another Rick
Infinite timelines means there are infinite realities that are exactly 100% identical, down to the positions/velocities of the smallest subatomic particles
Whenever Rick moves to a new reality, he goes to one that indistinguishable from the one he left up till that moment (with the exception of the current reality, where the singular difference is that they pronounce “Parmesan” in a weird manner)
Even the Ricks that he replaces had exactly identical adventures prior to him arriving

@@Deathnotefan97 I didn’t mean to say it was impossible just very unlikely. We’ve already seen their other Ricks that love their families and don’t leave from tales from the Citadel. The Question for Justice league unlimited summed up the nature of people in the multi-verse. Every being that exist has unique characteristics that is apart of who they are. Rick not caring is a part of who he is. So finding one that cares, it’s pretty rare. Not impossible, but unlikely.

As unnecessarily dramatic as holding a gun to his own head is to make her keep her distance, I have to agree with Rick. If someone broke your heart, it doesn't matter how worried they are about or if they still care about you, they can't just waltz back into your life like a concerned loved one and act like what happened doesn't matter anymore when it CLEARLY still matters to you. Especially if them dumping nearly drove you to do what Rick almost did at the end of that episode. In the end, it's your choice whether you want to let them back into your life and if they can't respect the boundaries set in place, they never actually cared and should've never been part of your life to begin with!
Too bad Unity didn't figure that out.

A good episode, but once again light on Morty. Too late to do anything about it now, but instead of Unity taking over the Earth to combat President Hivemind, she could have infected Morty and we could have been given a callback to “Rick, a Mort well lived”.

Rick shows hypocrisy here. He gets mad about his phone not getting picked up, but then dismisses Unity when she gets mad about an emergency phone call.
That is not how hypocrisy works. Rick called the President who he is known to collaborate with to warn him of a emergency. Unity called Rick who she essentially ended all contact with and then decided to invade and take over a state to track him down.

Literally nothing changed with this season after his firing other than the voices. The season was already well into production while he was still on the team, not that that even matters as he wasn't even a writer.
