We met for the first time at bronycon and she's been like a little sister to me from that moment on. :-D

This is definitely one of your better songs guys. I keep coming back to it. I'm not a musician so I can't really tell you guys why I like it exactly apart from it's uplifting sound just puts me in a good mood. It's also nice to see a song about Twilight's possible immortality that isn't depressing or melancholy.

Jesus christ this song brings back memories. I remember meeting him at Bronycon 2014 and he was the kindest dude. He even recorded a video for my friend who was banned from watching MLP because his hyper religious parents thought it would turn him gay. All on a whim.
This song is basically talking about how Twilight is gonna move on as a princess and how she will feel when her friends will be there or not. She's also expressing that there could be a positive future ahead of her, with or without her friends.
Ever since I finished Avatar: The Last Airbender and got up to the end of Book/Season 2 of Legend of Korra, I can't help but think of the Avatar State when Twi does the glowy eyes thing.
And Twi's big magic boost by that passing comet in issue 4 of the comic seems even more like the Avatar State. Oh, and a comet strengthening one's powers? Gee, that sounds familiar. Unless it's a trope I'm just not aware of.

Been what? 2 years since the album came out on bandcamp? Still the only full album from someone on UA-cam I've ever bought, and with all this time, it's still my favorite album of all time, and like 5 of the songs are in my most played on my iPod, this one being the most played all together. It's no wonder he has 100,000 subscribers, he's one of the best musicians of this generation, hands down. God I love this album.

Dude... This song. It's beautiful... It hits a personal note that I bet Twilight would struggle with often--the idea of outliving her friends and potentially losing faith in the power of friendship due to her longer (possibly beyond end by natural causes) lifespan. How would she react if Celestia told her that she would outlive everyone she knows? Would she focus on living in the moment and making the most of her time with the rest of her friends? Start searching for a way to cheat death and allow her friends to stand the test of time just as she will? ... Or would she retreat inwards, breaking down into the recluse she used to be (and that Moondancer actually became)? Would she give up on friendship once the last of the other six pass away.... or even before then? ........Or would she seek a more permanent solution so she could be with her friends for eternity...? Beautiful. Any piece of media that makes a person legitimately think about its hidden meanings and implications (in this case, the unspoken fears of a potential immortal whose status came from their understanding of, and passion for, something so in-the-moment and spontaneous as friendship) is high quality in my book.
Actually, I believe Lauren Faust said in a post that since Twilight is an "artificial" alicorn, she will not outlive her friends, or something along these lines. However, this doesn't make sense if you've watched the season six first two episodes, where Celestia and Luna are revealed to be artificial alicorns, although they have lived for thousands of years.

This is a really good song for giving us something the show so far hasn't: a vista of Twilight realizing "My life has radically changed" and having both positive and negative feelings overwhelming her now that she finally understands this. Very poignant.

Jesus christ this song brings back memories. I remember meeting him at Bronycon 2014 and he was the kindest dude. He even recorded a video for my friend who was banned from watching MLP because his hyper religious parents thought it would turn him gay. All on a whim.
This song is basically talking about how Twilight is gonna
move on as a princess and how she will feel when her friends will be there
or not. She's also expressing that there could be a positive future ahead of her,
with or without her friends.
Ever since I finished Avatar: The Last Airbender and got up to the end of Book/Season 2 of Legend of Korra, I can't help but think of the Avatar State when Twi does the glowy eyes thing.
And Twi's big magic boost by that passing comet in issue 4 of the comic seems even more like the Avatar State. Oh, and a comet strengthening one's powers? Gee, that sounds familiar. Unless it's a trope I'm just not aware of.

Been what? 2 years since the album came out on bandcamp? Still the only full album from someone on UA-cam I've ever bought, and with all this time, it's still my favorite album of all time, and like 5 of the songs are in my most played on my iPod, this one being the most played all together. It's no wonder he has 100,000 subscribers, he's one of the best musicians of this generation, hands down. God I love this album.

This made me cry TEARS of JOY! The nostalgia of the first episode of MLP:FiM to what it is now is incredible! This song elicits those knawing feelings in a kneeding mash of happiness, sadness, awe, and hope for the next season.

Dude... This song. It's beautiful... It hits a personal note that I bet Twilight would struggle with often--the idea of outliving her friends and potentially losing faith in the power of friendship due to her longer (possibly beyond end by natural causes) lifespan. How would she react if Celestia told her that she would outlive everyone she knows? Would she focus on living in the moment and making the most of her time with the rest of her friends? Start searching for a way to cheat death and allow her friends to stand the test of time just as she will? ... Or would she retreat inwards, breaking down into the recluse she used to be (and that Moondancer actually became)? Would she give up on friendship once the last of the other six pass away.... or even before then? ........Or would she seek a more permanent solution so she could be with her friends for eternity...?
Beautiful. Any piece of media that makes a person legitimately think about its hidden meanings and implications (in this case, the unspoken fears of a potential immortal whose status came from their understanding of, and passion for, something so in-the-moment and spontaneous as friendship) is high quality in my book.
Actually, I believe Lauren Faust said in a post that since Twilight is an "artificial" alicorn, she will not outlive her friends, or something along these lines. However, this doesn't make sense if you've watched the season six first two episodes, where Celestia and Luna are revealed to be artificial alicorns, although they have lived for thousands of years.

+something Very true; however, an "artificial" alicorn is considered to be a pegasus, unicorn, or Earth pony that never had all three characteristics, but performed a great deed and was therefore rewarded with being an alicorn. Being an artificial alicorn has nothing to do with being born in Equestria. It's definitely possible that Celestia and Luna weren't born in Equestria, however.

Crazy theory time. What if Discord is Twilight Sparkle from thousands of years in the future. What if all her friends are now gone and she's bored and lonely. What if she turns herself into Discord and goes back in time to stop herself from ever being immortal. Attacking Ponyville all those years ago to stop the two Pony Sisters from ruling, attacks again 1000 years later to stop herself becoming too powerful. Also think about the line "turned to stone" for a minute.

I never get sick of this song
The vocals of "Faster than you Know" remind me of the songs by Damien Dawn and then Faydee (known as "Your Heart" and "Laugh Till You Cry")! Please do original song collaborations with these artists! It could even happen in my Frigid Fire films like Bodybuilder, South Polar Heroes, Kirby of the Stars and et cetera et cetera!
