Music in the Parks is an organization that has a great impact on the industry. They can fill parks on weekdays that would otherwise be closed.
The kids perform and get judged at locaal high schools and colleges. Then they drive to the parks...enjoy what is offered and then head down to the picnic areas for the awards ceremonies.
Every school gets trophies and first place is determined by school type and size. I once put a lot about the process on coasterbuzz.
Parks enjoy a partnership with Music in the Parks or their sister organization, Festival of Music all over the United States including Great Adventure, Dorney, Ceader Point....Hershey...etc.
Whats funny is the parking lots are near empty...EXCEPT the bus parking lot...which is mobbed.
If a non music person wants to benefit...get there when the park first opens or after 5 when many school groups begin leaving in droves.

I just wanted to say that james wasn't lying, batman has been rolling trains, its crazy compared to medusa on 1 train and the ops are so slow

Good stuff
Thank you for this! All some people like to do is complain about the bad stuff. There have been workers busting their butts for months some even working 6 days a week, 10 hour days to get stuff ready. They can’t do it all, yet all they do is point out the bad. It’s nice to see people mentioning the stuff that has been done.
Pretty sure they will lower brick cost since so much space available. We bought one for $150 but if they drop it down to $50 or $100 we'll buy one or two more.
The copyrighted music is a thorn in my side! I always think I'm talking over it enough and find out later that wasn't the case. Annoying to say the least.
Really cool that you were able to see those pieces of track going up on Flash. Great video as always.

Just letting you know that on June 4th, next Tuesday, the lines are probably going to be long. There are going to be many high school field trips that day.

Hello collin what’s going on??? Man flash is looking amazing, it’s very tall and huge coaster for it size I’m very interested in seeing testing for it now. But I’m kinda excited cause I heard in the video some of your crew is headed to fiesta and other Texas parks??? Are any of them attending RCR at fiesta Texas??? I will probably see them there since I’m going all three days. It’s going to be fun.

I was there on Friday. They were putting in the platform for the line. Wasn't really a good location to see well or get footage.
Have you seen any DC heroes walking around? They were advertising for characters a month ago.

Where exactly were they advertising this? I follow Great Adventure’s account on Instagram and I haven’t seen nor heard anything about putting DC character actors in the park for the 50th anniversary.

There were some buses last Friday and I went with my school singing group

They said 5-6 IPs in the earnings call if they do that all the bad I thought of the ceo will vanish he really is trying to make a premium experience last years was a good move as a horror guy I haven’t been so excited about an event in a while plus HHN doesn’t have the best ips this year if they do it right might just make it a must do haunt for the bigger parks especially since they would already be traveling for stuff like that on both coast
