@@F1ll1nTh3Blanks he can deal a ton of damage, has a built-in taunt and heals himself so you can clear basically any camp that's not immune to Pyro with 1 character without swapping in a surprisingly short amount of time as long as you level up his charged shot talent and have a decent bow.
Usually, I'm not a fan of the charged shot dps of tigh and ganyu. But Lyney helped me clear abyss 12 for the first time within less than 12 hrs of getting him lol. He's actually my strongest boi now and hes fun to play because explosions don't get boring
Exactly why i like playing with him so much The only other team I have is nilou bloom and that IS brain-dead button mashing so lyney was a breath of fresh air lol
@@noobbll I’ve seen gameplay of him at c6 which looks fun, but at c0 he feels kinda clunky. I think a lot of that is field time related because everything is so front loaded you want to swap out quickly, but getting everything off can take a bit of time. Like he’s in a limbo between subdps and main dps. Though tbf I havnt played him since like December

Lyney's been one of my favorite characters to play lately, his kit feels very fluid and complete, like everything has a place and nothing feels tagged on for the sake of it. I run him with C4 tankfei, kazuha, and obv bennett, and i havent had THIS much fun playing the game since I got my C1 Kazuha on his first banner back in 1.6. He's a bow hypercarry, but he isnt as monotonous and boring as Ganyu, or as frustrating and clunky as Yoimiya. Genuinely a fantastic character and one of the few I pulled their signature weapon for. also shout out Editor Sam for doing the lords work

As someone who pulled for Lyney based on your pre-release, I really appreciate this update. I thought I had built Lyney wrong or my timing was off, so I'm glad to have some of my issues be addressed.
i managed to full star the secong half with liney not yet maxxed out, for me the only thing lacking for him to be great is a support that complements his kit. Wanderer for once have way more options for team building. Kazuha and Bennet are a must but I feel like a definitive last slot is yet to come, maybe Arleccino?
I'd made up my mind and pulled Lyney less two hours before this video came out, haha. Not that it would have changed my mind. How can I stay strong when offered the option to play not one, but two kids who throw evil explosive cats around? I tried to pull Aqua for my Yelan and ended up getting Lyney's signature. Since nobody really uses that weapon, ended up using my guaranteed to get Lyney. Hope I can have fun with him whenever it is that I end up building him since the queue to fix my clusterfuck of characters is so high, I might be using him next year.

lost my 50/50 to dehya and grinded freemos until i got him in 76 pity (had a lot of unplayed content so it was fairly painless grind tho) at first i purely wanted him for his character and the fontaine siblings trio bcs im sentimental and has no expectations for his gameplay bcs i dislike ganyu's playstyle but damn he turned to be SUPERRRR fun to play and the drama! the feeling of finishing an enemy using his E and then watching him bow is the best thing ever, i hope genshin gonna do more of this type of flair into characters' kit
I couldn't complete 12-2-2 with Lyney when playing at point blank with Benny, Kazuha and Xiangling because he ALWAYS gets interrupted. BUT then I decided to keep my distance shooting from afar and only then I managed to complete it, even despite that his damage wasn't buffed by Benny and Kazuha. Which always was my preferred style of playing with Ganyu, but with Lyney it's even better because he has a better taunt. Overall I'm very happy with Lyney, I'm glad I've pulled him and triple crowned
After playing with him I came to a conclusion that he is really similar to Alhaitham, a slighty situational upgrade to an already good team, not much flexibility, needs to do a proper combo (this aspect is more important on Alhaitham) and feels bad to play without a shielder (this aspect is more important on Lyney) I just hope in the future we got more support alternatives for him since he is really fun to play
If you think Alhaitham is situational, inflexible or requires a shield then you have mean playing some strange version of Alhaitham because that's not the case at all. He appreciates resistance to interruption (XQ, Beidou) but you can just dodge and still get his mirror proccs. He has a range of teammates for Quickbloom or Spread variants. As for "situational upgrade"...? He and Nahida fulfill different roles and, in fact, share a best team (where they work *together*). If you're talking about Tighnari, he is way less flexible and only barely better than Alhaitham in pure single target, granted you have his signature bow. Otherwise, f2p Alhaitham beats him even there.
@@abbystafford7549 Resistance to interruption does not go well with his F2P BiS HoD, also batterying a low investment Beidou, especially on solo Electro is not very efficient. I don't know if it's a high ping problem, but dodging with Alhaitham can make his sword rain go to the wrong direction, making a huge DPS loss. And his only teams are Quickbloom and Quicken, his teammates have flexibility, not him, Burgeon felt bad, Quickburn terrible and I tried to use him as quickswap with Hyper Raiden, was fun but it was Raiden doing the most heavy lifting. Don't get me wrong his teams are strong but he is not flexible, compare him to Raiden (Hyper, National, HB, Aggravate) or Ayato (Off fielder, HB, Burgeon, Mono Hydro) even Cyno has more options (Quickbloom, Quickburn, Aggravate, Chaos or even full EM if you're onto this shit) I am also not comparing him to Tighnari since I do not have him. As for me, for Alhaitham I like to use him with Baizhu, since it frees the Nahida slot and makes you have to evade less to avoid the mirrors missing
Personally I don’t think he’s worth it if your f2p AND You don’t like his gameplay. You have the hydro archon coming up and other interesting characters. Personally I won’t pull cuz I heavily dislike the idea of loosing health or any other debuff as an ability. His ult wasn’t great to play with and most damage will come from loosing health from charged attacks
Lyney seems to be a really fun unit. Aside from his kit and numbers, I love his attack animations (too bad Normals are basically non-existent of usage) and sound design but I don't really enjoy Charged Attack-focused bow characters personally so I had to skip him. I'll just enjoy Lyney from the friends I co-op with instead haha
I'm not super familiar with Mono pyro teams. What other carries are you using in a mono Pyro team? We have Yoimiya Yanfei Xinyan Dehya Diluc Klee as possible pyro onfielders? Are they all actually similar in terms of damage?
thing is, MH set is as good as your crit dmg can go, and id still want around 60CR for my lyney if hes running that set. idk maybe im coping but i also had second thoughts of farming it. luckily the domain itselfs pretty resin efficient
Been using lynney for exploration and dailies to grind friendship exp. I enjoy playing with him on PC. On mobile he is more meh. Not horrible, but charged attacks against enemies that move around sucks on mobile.

Idk but i beat coppelius with lyney xiangling kazuha bennett just fine.. They have lots of iddle time in their animation that you can still get your CA off. Honestly seems like a skill issue, which is fair i guess.
I have lynney and his bis I don't get the zianling rec? He's a bow? Not a meta character imo. Ganyu works because of freeze, tignari can switch out with reactions. Lynney is super mid he needs zhongli he's fun imo and I had no pyro dps aside from the pyro archons. I also had fun with tank fei with hp setup on emblem and prototype amber

"Lyney is a very squishy character." I knew that going in but it feels like he's made of wet tissue paper. He hits like a freight train though, so balanced enough I guess.
Idk if it's because i just started and so i have to use a Favonius bow on him due to lack of better alternatives (bow items for forging WON'T drop) but he doesn't feel squishy in the slightest since he can routinely heal himself for 60% of his own hp every 15 seconds
I didn't plan to pull lyney at all. Did the archon quest + story quest and absolutely fell in love with him and decided to go for him. He's definitely a strong character and a very satisfying one to play. Ps: shout out to the editor for the great job 👍
Random but interesting fact: Lyney and Freminet right now are the only characters that can reach talent level 14 with the help of their constellations that increase normal attack level and Childe's exploration passive giving every character in the party +1 level to their normal attack talent. Edit: For the Love of God, yes, Freminet is still not out, but this still doesn't change anything bruh, chill out y'all

I accidentally got his weapon but luckily got him before that and he’s really good even at lv80 and 8 all talents! My only downside is the problem with ganyu and he’s so easy to kill like you can’t go anywhere without him getting oneshotted💀
It feels like they've stopped increasing enemy HP (other than those overworld omega hydro slimes) and started giving them ludicrous damage instead. My usual teams had no trouble clearing floor 12 in time, but only when they didn't get one-shot by attacks I couldn't even see. Odd time to release a fragile charge-shot character for a team that normally has no shielder.
i never had Ganyu, and having Lyney now makes me understand (sorta kinda) the feeling players first had when they experienced Ganyu's OP charge shot - OVERWORLD ENEMIES JUST DIED LIKE THAT IM LIKE HUH
There's a lot of meta shifts that would be crazy, but the part about bad artifacts making you tankier reminds me of one of my favorite things to imagine: What if there were no timers, and we merely wanted to do high dps in order to eliminate threats? Essentially, it'd turn into another form of dps-race, the kind where your own effective hp becomes part of the equation, and dodging skills/target prioritization/mechanics to subdue enemies etc. let you prioritize it less. Basically... Remember fighting the wolf as an AR20? That. (Of course, Zhongli cheese etc. would have to be accounted for while then also remaining top-tier) We can still get some foes with hp regen etc. that effectively make us wanna reach certain sustained or burst dps thresholds, and ideally there would be ways to mitigate that as a way around a chunk of that threshold requirement. A cool idea is one that requires sustained dps cause no reasonable burst dps gets through it all, but then the regen could be somehow disabled, at which point burst dps can get through before it comes back. As for scoring... Idk man, I don't really need to get a score for beating a boss in Dark Souls either, it's intrinsicaly rewarding to do well. And what does do well mean? Well, I love taking down a boss without getting hit. I love having a busted weapon that makes that easy, I love seeing how much I can abuse tanking or safe attacking tactics to make an eventual win easy, and I especially love trying to see what merits unconventional approaches may have, it's just whatever I feel like. I'd prioritize that organic feel over fascilitating a scoring system myself, and hey, less excessive anxiety! They just gotta make sure there is a lot of room for making it tough, I'm usually not in favor of setting difficulty, but it seems like an easy option here. Even with that, I bet less players would be stressed out if a careful approach was so viable.

Please don't play ToM zhongli the up time on the buff is still pretty bad, since the pillar is stationary. Please stick with petra, just because you lose field time with lyney specifically, does not mean it's a "bad" set for him
I was not planning to pull for him but i’m so glad i did. He is my first pyro 5 star lmao. I stole ganyu’s artifacts (4pc Wanderers) and gave it to him. He does well over 25k by himself in a mono-pyro team. I love him muchly :)
Just crowned Lyney's NA and immediately tried to get highest dmg on Scara boss and mf did 400k on 1 charged atk( 160k+240k) Also did 36* abyss on 1st try without using Zhongli or Xiangling. Lyney Bennet Kazuha Yanfei on one side and Alhaitham QuickBloom on other
I am starting to believe Gorou is better than Sucrose for Lyney. He has some form of resistance to interruption. He can buff pyro damage with Petra and he buffs Lyney's defense to make him less squishy (and the fact that he gives flat defense is even better, since Lyney has garbage base)
Wait, I might skip Zhongli with this little tech. Plus, I really like him (the only issue being his resistance to interruption being locked behind double geo, but you can build full em on him no problem, thankfully)
@@syaoranngo2080 You are right, and moreover, you don't need the shields to be tough to have resistance to interruption, you have bennet and you don't take oneshotted with the defense buff and some healing from c4 if you have it. Building ER would be better.
Got Lyney with only 20 pulls which I didn't initially want to pull for him but I yolo pull when I don't have pity. He's fun to play and it's been a while since I main a bow character (I have Ganyu) and it's actually good that I got him since I still didn't have a dedicated Pyro main dps (*cough c2 Diluc *cough). I'm still unlucky farming a full set of Hunter for him so I'm using Wanderer set for the meantime but his damage is so good. Also I'm enjoying exploring Fontaine with him and Lynette it's fun and easier.
Hey Zajef, I recently saw someone’s video of a Lyney solo on the bottom half of the new abussy and I learned that if you literally have Lyney/ranged character attack from the very edge of the arena, none of Coppelia or Coppelius’s attacks will target or hit your character. They cleared very comfortably
1. That’s probably C6R5 Lyney. it does not represent the majority of playerbase. 2. Sure, you can try that strat but what about the rest of your team ? they still need to get close in order to do use skill to generate particles.

Ehh I disagree about dehya. Idk why you put her e and then do kazuha burst while you could just use her e right before you swap to Lyney. It's not like it takes 10 seconds to place her E.
He definitely was worth my freemos (and the paymos of some friends), simply because he‘s the hottest character in Genshin so far oh yeah, and he has pretty nice damage too, who cares about meta etc etc
I just got him yesterday after a few weeks of debate. I love his cat, and I wanted to see if I could get good at charged shot gameplay (mobile player) but with a more interesting kit than ganyu’s. He seems fun, and I like his character so overall I’m happy with him :)
Layla's shield is paper-thin? I play her floor 12 with a dps build as my only defensive character and her shield feels pretty good to me... I do dodge the massive telegraphed attacks though.
Yes her shield is quite strong. She works well for me on floor 12, and she fulfills my shielder needs well enough that I don't really feel the need to pull for Zhongli. And iirc Thoma's shield is initially weaker, but becomes stronger when fully stacked. So Layla will have a stronger shield for anyone who doesn't want to be spamming normals to stack Thoma's shield.
Will I ever pull for Lyney? No. Will I watch the full video immediately? Yes! I love seeing people hyperanalyze game balance, really in any game. Zajef makes the meta entertaining, and I say that as someone who doesn't really care about the abyss that much.
same, personally i just clear 11-3 and only try 12 when i think its easy enough, but listening to him passionately talk about meta is very entertaining. and the occasional dank cooks are funny to try out lel
I use Lavawalker on Lyney because I had an excellent set from all the crimson witch farming i did a long time ago (my lavawalker is far better then my crimson). I am farming the new NA/Charge set but since I also want it for upcoming characters, I will be saving the good ones for them since my Lavawalker set is very good on him so far.
If you can do 3CA with Dehya's resistance to interruption -> Q -> E, I don't see an issue with Dehya version of his team. You just need to have enough ER to burst every rotation and it is perfect no? And with Marechaussee you mostly want Crit DMG subs, so it shouldn't be hard to get pieces with random ER roll or two
Sometimes I have like 1-2 second cooldown on dehyas e . Just add in an extra charged shit or if u have c1 kazuha, add an extra kazuha e and you will be fine.

My Lyney gets his burst back every rotation so I can just use his burst + E after a couple of charge shots. Makes the down time on Deyha's stagger resistance not really matter and the team feels really good to play. Basically feels like I get a mini nuke every rotation
Bennet E, kazuha Q, Bennet Q, Dehya E, Lyney charged attack spam into Q. Works perfectly for me and isn't complicated. Only 12 seconds of down time before the super armor comes back.
I pulled him because I kind of like the charge attack bow user playstyle, but after playing burning melt ganyu for a while now, I really am tired of using dehya lol, his explanation of why she’s just ok with Leney definitely applies to ganyu as well

You can cheese Icewind Suit boss with lyney/other CA characters if you stand in the corner of the arena. They will spam an attack where the robot lady will circle around but her attacks will never hit you, so you can proc VV/get particles on her and at the same time you can shoot the dude in the middle. Not the fastest way, but the safest

I've found when using no shield teams with him starting with his burst instead of charge shots helps being staggered since it spawns a taunt

lost my 50/50 to dehya and grinded freemos until i got him in 76 pity (had a lot of unplayed content so it was fairly painless grind tho) at first i purely wanted him for his character and the fontaine siblings trio bcs im sentimental and has no expectations for his gameplay bcs i dislike ganyu's playstyle but damn he turned to be SUPERRRR fun to play and the drama! the feeling of finishing an enemy using his E and then watching him bow is the best thing ever, i hope genshin gonna do more of this type of flair into characters' kit
I couldn't complete 12-2-2 with Lyney when playing at point blank with Benny, Kazuha and Xiangling because he ALWAYS gets interrupted. BUT then I decided to keep my distance shooting from afar and only then I managed to complete it, even despite that his damage wasn't buffed by Benny and Kazuha. Which always was my preferred style of playing with Ganyu, but with Lyney it's even better because he has a better taunt.
Overall I'm very happy with Lyney, I'm glad I've pulled him and triple crowned
I hope arrlecchino synergize well with Lyney team but then seeing what they did with Lynette I’m being too hopeful

After playing with him I came to a conclusion that he is really similar to Alhaitham, a slighty situational upgrade to an already good team, not much flexibility, needs to do a proper combo (this aspect is more important on Alhaitham) and feels bad to play without a shielder (this aspect is more important on Lyney)
I just hope in the future we got more support alternatives for him since he is really fun to play
If you think Alhaitham is situational, inflexible or requires a shield then you have mean playing some strange version of Alhaitham because that's not the case at all.
He appreciates resistance to interruption (XQ, Beidou) but you can just dodge and still get his mirror proccs. He has a range of teammates for Quickbloom or Spread variants.
As for "situational upgrade"...? He and Nahida fulfill different roles and, in fact, share a best team (where they work *together*). If you're talking about Tighnari, he is way less flexible and only barely better than Alhaitham in pure single target, granted you have his signature bow. Otherwise, f2p Alhaitham beats him even there.
@@abbystafford7549 Resistance to interruption does not go well with his F2P BiS HoD, also batterying a low investment Beidou, especially on solo Electro is not very efficient.
I don't know if it's a high ping problem, but dodging with Alhaitham can make his sword rain go to the wrong direction, making a huge DPS loss.
And his only teams are Quickbloom and Quicken, his teammates have flexibility, not him, Burgeon felt bad, Quickburn terrible and I tried to use him as quickswap with Hyper Raiden, was fun but it was Raiden doing the most heavy lifting.
Don't get me wrong his teams are strong but he is not flexible, compare him to Raiden (Hyper, National, HB, Aggravate) or Ayato (Off fielder, HB, Burgeon, Mono Hydro) even Cyno has more options (Quickbloom, Quickburn, Aggravate, Chaos or even full EM if you're onto this shit)
I am also not comparing him to Tighnari since I do not have him.
As for me, for Alhaitham I like to use him with Baizhu, since it frees the Nahida slot and makes you have to evade less to avoid the mirrors missing
Personally I don’t think he’s worth it if your f2p AND You don’t like his gameplay. You have the hydro archon coming up and other interesting characters.
Personally I won’t pull cuz I heavily dislike the idea of loosing health or any other debuff as an ability. His ult wasn’t great to play with and most damage will come from loosing health from charged attacks
And also Klee is better than Lyney.

Lyney seems to be a really fun unit. Aside from his kit and numbers, I love his attack animations (too bad Normals are basically non-existent of usage) and sound design but I don't really enjoy Charged Attack-focused bow characters personally so I had to skip him.
I'll just enjoy Lyney from the friends I co-op with instead haha

thing is, MH set is as good as your crit dmg can go, and id still want around 60CR for my lyney if hes running that set. idk maybe im coping but i also had second thoughts of farming it. luckily the domain itselfs pretty resin efficient
In 12-3-2, my Lyney died with boss having 70% HP. Even then Bennett, Kazuha and Xingling cleared that stage way before time.

Been using lynney for exploration and dailies to grind friendship exp. I enjoy playing with him on PC. On mobile he is more meh. Not horrible, but charged attacks against enemies that move around sucks on mobile.
If you play him with Lynette instead of Kazuha you can get out of melee range & get interrupted less

I have lynney and his bis I don't get the zianling rec? He's a bow? Not a meta character imo. Ganyu works because of freeze, tignari can switch out with reactions. Lynney is super mid he needs zhongli he's fun imo and I had no pyro dps aside from the pyro archons. I also had fun with tank fei with hp setup on emblem and prototype amber

Idk if it's because i just started and so i have to use a Favonius bow on him due to lack of better alternatives (bow items for forging WON'T drop) but he doesn't feel squishy in the slightest since he can routinely heal himself for 60% of his own hp every 15 seconds

I didn't plan to pull lyney at all. Did the archon quest + story quest and absolutely fell in love with him and decided to go for him. He's definitely a strong character and a very satisfying one to play.

Random but interesting fact: Lyney and Freminet right now are the only characters that can reach talent level 14 with the help of their constellations that increase normal attack level and Childe's exploration passive giving every character in the party +1 level to their normal attack talent.

I accidentally got his weapon but luckily got him before that and he’s really good even at lv80 and 8 all talents! My only downside is the problem with ganyu and he’s so easy to kill like you can’t go anywhere without him getting oneshotted💀

It feels like they've stopped increasing enemy HP (other than those overworld omega hydro slimes) and started giving them ludicrous damage instead. My usual teams had no trouble clearing floor 12 in time, but only when they didn't get one-shot by attacks I couldn't even see. Odd time to release a fragile charge-shot character for a team that normally has no shielder.
i never had Ganyu, and having Lyney now makes me understand (sorta kinda) the feeling players first had when they experienced Ganyu's OP charge shot - OVERWORLD ENEMIES JUST DIED LIKE THAT IM LIKE HUH

There's a lot of meta shifts that would be crazy, but the part about bad artifacts making you tankier reminds me of one of my favorite things to imagine: What if there were no timers, and we merely wanted to do high dps in order to eliminate threats? Essentially, it'd turn into another form of dps-race, the kind where your own effective hp becomes part of the equation, and dodging skills/target prioritization/mechanics to subdue enemies etc. let you prioritize it less. Basically... Remember fighting the wolf as an AR20? That. (Of course, Zhongli cheese etc. would have to be accounted for while then also remaining top-tier)
We can still get some foes with hp regen etc. that effectively make us wanna reach certain sustained or burst dps thresholds, and ideally there would be ways to mitigate that as a way around a chunk of that threshold requirement. A cool idea is one that requires sustained dps cause no reasonable burst dps gets through it all, but then the regen could be somehow disabled, at which point burst dps can get through before it comes back.
As for scoring... Idk man, I don't really need to get a score for beating a boss in Dark Souls either, it's intrinsicaly rewarding to do well. And what does do well mean? Well, I love taking down a boss without getting hit. I love having a busted weapon that makes that easy, I love seeing how much I can abuse tanking or safe attacking tactics to make an eventual win easy, and I especially love trying to see what merits unconventional approaches may have, it's just whatever I feel like. I'd prioritize that organic feel over fascilitating a scoring system myself, and hey, less excessive anxiety! They just gotta make sure there is a lot of room for making it tough, I'm usually not in favor of setting difficulty, but it seems like an easy option here. Even with that, I bet less players would be stressed out if a careful approach was so viable.

I am starting to believe Gorou is better than Sucrose for Lyney. He has some form of resistance to interruption. He can buff pyro damage with Petra and he buffs Lyney's defense to make him less squishy (and the fact that he gives flat defense is even better, since Lyney has garbage base)
Also you can build Gorou with em and have a ok shield.
Wait, I might skip Zhongli with this little tech. Plus, I really like him (the only issue being his resistance to interruption being locked behind double geo, but you can build full em on him no problem, thankfully)

Got Lyney with only 20 pulls which I didn't initially want to pull for him but I yolo pull when I don't have pity. He's fun to play and it's been a while since I main a bow character (I have Ganyu) and it's actually good that I got him since I still didn't have a dedicated Pyro main dps (*cough c2 Diluc *cough). I'm still unlucky farming a full set of Hunter for him so I'm using Wanderer set for the meantime but his damage is so good. Also I'm enjoying exploring Fontaine with him and Lynette it's fun and easier.
He is also my first dedicated pyro dps! *cough lvl20 c4 diluc *cough definitely a great pull for me.
Hey Zajef, I recently saw someone’s video of a Lyney solo on the bottom half of the new abussy and I learned that if you literally have Lyney/ranged character attack from the very edge of the arena, none of Coppelia or Coppelius’s attacks will target or hit your character. They cleared very comfortably
1. That’s probably C6R5 Lyney. it does not represent the majority of playerbase.
2. Sure, you can try that strat but what about the rest of your team ? they still need to get close in order to do use skill to generate particles.
Other hyper aggressive enemies definitely exist but this sounds like really good advice

I just got him yesterday after a few weeks of debate. I love his cat, and I wanted to see if I could get good at charged shot gameplay (mobile player) but with a more interesting kit than ganyu’s. He seems fun, and I like his character so overall I’m happy with him :)
Layla's shield is paper-thin? I play her floor 12 with a dps build as my only defensive character and her shield feels pretty good to me... I do dodge the massive telegraphed attacks though.

Yes her shield is quite strong. She works well for me on floor 12, and she fulfills my shielder needs well enough that I don't really feel the need to pull for Zhongli.
And iirc Thoma's shield is initially weaker, but becomes stronger when fully stacked. So Layla will have a stronger shield for anyone who doesn't want to be spamming normals to stack Thoma's shield.
Will I ever pull for Lyney? No.

I love seeing people hyperanalyze game balance, really in any game. Zajef makes the meta entertaining, and I say that as someone who doesn't really care about the abyss that much.

Running lyney without zhongli just feels so bad (personal skill issue) but with him he just effortlessly destroys everything
You can also use Dehya on him, able to meets the passive quota.
Dehya, Lynette and Benny boy are his best friends.
I use Lavawalker on Lyney because I had an excellent set from all the crimson witch farming i did a long time ago (my lavawalker is far better then my crimson). I am farming the new NA/Charge set but since I also want it for upcoming characters, I will be saving the good ones for them since my Lavawalker set is very good on him so far.
If you can do 3CA with Dehya's resistance to interruption -> Q -> E, I don't see an issue with Dehya version of his team. You just need to have enough ER to burst every rotation and it is perfect no? And with Marechaussee you mostly want Crit DMG subs, so it shouldn't be hard to get pieces with random ER roll or two
Sometimes I have like 1-2 second cooldown on dehyas e . Just add in an extra charged shit or if u have c1 kazuha, add an extra kazuha e and you will be fine.

My Lyney gets his burst back every rotation so I can just use his burst + E after a couple of charge shots. Makes the down time on Deyha's stagger resistance not really matter and the team feels really good to play. Basically feels like I get a mini nuke every rotation
Bennet E, kazuha Q, Bennet Q, Dehya E, Lyney charged attack spam into Q. Works perfectly for me and isn't complicated. Only 12 seconds of down time before the super armor comes back.
I pulled him because I kind of like the charge attack bow user playstyle, but after playing burning melt ganyu for a while now, I really am tired of using dehya lol, his explanation of why she’s just ok with Leney definitely applies to ganyu as well
and tighnari. but tighnari get help by his E that able to compress your charge attack time for 3-5 sec for 3 charge attack

You can cheese Icewind Suit boss with lyney/other CA characters if you stand in the corner of the arena. They will spam an attack where the robot lady will circle around but her attacks will never hit you, so you can proc VV/get particles on her and at the same time you can shoot the dude in the middle. Not the fastest way, but the safest
