Hey Mark ! Christmas has been a great MANY things to me over 58 years . I've sang and enjoyed everything from Handel's Messiah and Latin hymns to Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer and Blue Christmas by Senor Swine (A truly awful song ). Thanks for mixing things up and never being dull... Merry Christmas ! 🎄🎅

Yup, song was quite boring but brought a smile to my face. The visuals reminded me of painful Christmas visits to my husbands heavy drinking, heavy card playing, too many should never have bred, French-Canadian family. Luckily they were a 12 hour drive away so did not have to go every year.
The lyrics are amusing.
The key to keeping Christmas visits short is to play parody or Metal Carols until all are offended and leave.👍😏
In my opinion, Christmas is best enjoyed in absolute silence.😂

Seems as if somebody thought they could capture the Pogues atmosphere. I only ever liked 'I believe in Father Christmas ' by Greg Lake so I never expect to enjoy these sort of things. It is what it is. Back to the cold and wet and soggy mince pie and Christmas treats to be finished before Christmas. I am glad I am friendless and am never invited to House Parties. I don't know what a house party is.

A good xmas song? ...No way. But... I can at least suggest one that's a bit more interesting, than this one. Nanowar of steel's "Valhalleluja". Not saying it's good. But it's a rock, gospel tribute to Odin, the god of Ikea. Who is played by Angus McFife from Gloryhammer. Wearing a santa hat. And there is a xmas tree in the opening. So it counts as an xmas song in my book.

It feels like they're trying to capture the humour of Fairytale of New York, which is such a great song it's worth enduring every other Christmas pop-song for. But Fairytale of New York also has soul. Tbh I think you were being generous and this is a bad Christmas song.

Yeah, it’s ok as a Xmas song, but has all the integrity of the average rap song, (simplistic music, saved by a cheeky lyric, good for approximately 1 listen )
