- This is the second residence in this 65-acre crown jewel development. Well, second or third, as 2 residences where VP-ed very close to each other. The total gross development value (GDV) of this development is a cool RM9billion. For this third condo, it's much nearer to the central park. You can even catch a glimpse of the mountain which is supposed to have the majestic waterfall as part of it's nature's attraction.
As for the residence itself, everything is on point. This developer has built a reputation of being able to deliver. What you see in the brochure is literally what you get in real life. YES!!!
One pleasant surprise it the soothing and upbeat pipe music in the open, facilities area. Watch the video and you'll understand what I mean.

The lobby lane is so narrow especially at the corner (close to the pillars).. agreed the main lobby is comfy & nice.

Based on the master plan, there are proposed office towers and a mall in CPD. In your view, does it make sense to build another mall or even office towers that will cannibalise Empire City Damansara? My 2 cents is that they won't, and the entire 'township' will end up being residential after residential.
I strongly believe in a "winner takes all" strategy. In this instance, if there's a sizeable residential population in CPD, and if the developer is confident in building and mamaging a mall and they know they can do a damn good job at all, by all means.
I'm all for them doing a mall cause based on how things are, things look pretty good (with the residential component all on track). Empire City Damansara is also dead and it's not going to be easy to revive it.
@@JackChang27 Is Empire City Damansara under Exsim now? If so, wouldn't make sense for them to revive a dead mall at the same time building a new mall that rivals it.
