Semi Truck Hits Road Debris

Heading home from Savannah GA from picking up a port load and I heard a loud metallic noise. I could not see any obvious signs that the noise came from my truck or load and when I stopped for a load check there was nothing to be found.
So this evening I decided to check my dashcam footage and found that a semi I was passing hit what appears to have been a heavy steel bumper.
There were two semis on the shoulder just past this point and I don't know if that was related.
I sent a message to the company owning the semi to let them know what I found just in case there was some damage. I figured this might help the driver if they questioned him about it.
I have hit road debris myself that damaged my passenger side tool box. You cannot always avoid hitting objects. In this case, there was myself and another semi in the left lane, and the two semi's on the right shoulder (out of my view or I would have let him over) so this driver had very little room to maneuver.

Yo, my friend......finally got off my bed (where I've been watching Ytube vids for a minute) it's fun to watch on a bigger screen, but there's always a price.....the inability to peruse comments and make comments. Would love to see more vids covering deliveries, repairs...etc., etc.

I am so far behind on everything. Accountant want's my year end numbers for taxes so I have to get back to that. I posted this one for the company whose truck that was. No real editing, just trimmed it down. And waiting on my insurance agent to see if I can buy a semi I found. An OLD Peterbilt 359.
