wow great work with the video. Filming in caves takes so much effort. The lighting and perspective you had makes it look so natural and easy!

I hung up my caving boots over 30 years ago, but it's interesting to see how significant discoveries are still being made.

Great to see so much 'new', impressive chambers. Dr Willie Stanton guided myself and other Devon cavers around Reservoir Hole in the '90's, and I later became a leader for visiting Devon trips. He was such a pleasant person and I was deeply saddened by later events in his life. Such amazing skill and determination to blast his way into the system. Maybe one day the missing waterway that Willie was convinced exists will be found.

Miss this area so much! I used to live in Priddy about 3 miles away, Cheddar caves and wookey hole and connected waterways fascinated me.

What discoveries? Human or Animal remains? King Arthur's grave? Gold? Templar Treasure? Everyone's missing socks?

"Major Discovery"? I guess it's a relative term.

It's not every day you find the largest chamber in the country, especially not in an area renowned for smallish caves. I really did think someone was just joshing me when I was told about this as it was so implausible. I was quite astonished to find it was true (well, OK, largest area, not volume, but still).
