- Filmed this in the spare Friday run a couple weeks back
I’ve clocked it going up Joondalup driver at 6am in the convoy that goes up to banksia area and asked another driver whether it was doing the spare run or another run
If this was a recycle week I wouldn’t have thought anything of it so I’m happy it was greens week
This truck is to be sold soon so I’m happy I got another video of it and even better on garbage
I’ve wanted to film a recycle truck on garbage for ages but it rarely happens I’m happy I at least got to film a spare recycle truck doing garbage

Holy fuck this is crazy ive never seen a Wanneroo recycling truck on waste only a waste truck on Recycling a couple of times

I’ve been checking out some of the Christmas collections on the different days this week and it has seemed in the Wanneroo areas that the recycle bins are more full than usual. There seemed to have been several more trucks than usual come back for second loads even with an extra truck than normal being used. I found eight trucks around Quinns today plus an extra old truck like this one (96117 I think) that came a bit later on in the morning. And Benang hasn’t been around the past week that I’ve been going around even though the other 7 new trucks have been plus an extra old truck (96127) today that I presumed was being used instead of Benang
Yeah they’ll be having an extra truck out right now for Christmas collections every bin will be full

They ran out of garbage trucks too many were in the workshop
