The theory that time is a flat circle is terrifying. It makes sense in a way I suppose. Eventually the universe will shrink to nothing again. It will be remade but the exact same way it was made in the first place. So time is a continuous loop where nothing changes where we are born again but it’s not really us. Just someone with the exact same life to the minute detail. Terrifying.
Yeah, Nietzsche talks about this in his work: "The Will to Power" The idea is that a similar sequence of events that resulted in the creation of the exact same universe we're in can happen infinitely if given time. Truly tragic if this happens to be the actual way the universe functions

But then those new habits will just repeat themselves over and over until life one day ends.
I watched the first season, 10 times. Every time something new. Rust is one of the deepest and most interesting characters I saw. I look at the first season when sad, or in difficult periods of life. Like a medicine. You picked up the footage and music, and also favorite quotes and thoughts from the movie. I don't know who you are, but thank you so much ! I listened 15 times, it turned out great !!
