Good but they have gone cheap with washroom space. If someone takes a shower in the bathroom then water will be all over the toilet. Also, Villas with more than one level should have a lift provision otherwise, second and third floors are useless. GIven how slippery those steps look, it will be matter of time before someone falls and break their legs

@@chankreddy4604 Construction ki antha avvuthundi ala sambhandam vundhadu andi, Its a resale villa with full interiors (you need to count its cost as well), which is on 211 sqrds land with 3575sqft buildup area, and its inside a gated community where the roads, clubhouse, and other small park prices also fall under this price as it belongs to the whole community. So you need to consider all the factor and not just Sqft or sqrd land value outside. It might be a bit over priced but thats how it works, they spend some X money on this property and they are looking for profit. If no one buys, then they will come down.
