I think the Fisher 25 is one of the highest quality, most seaworthy and most comfortable small motor sailers (Hallberg-Rassy level) you can buy for money. Speaking of comfort: even for a 1.95m man the Fisher 25 is very comfortable to live in. The space layout of the boat is excellent and the standing height is satisfactory even below deck. Already in the standard equipment I consider the boat to be absolutely suitable for coast waters. I recommend the robust, economical and reliable Mercedes OM 636 Diesel with 38 or 42 HP for propulsion.
