They are imitating the act of Wakamoto in "Sazae-san" as "Anago".Even people in Japan who doesn't watch recent Anime works know "Anago", Wakamo has been acted it for 30 years.
Taketatsu forces the act of Cell to Hanazawa but she doesn't know about it at all.
