I first knew about it 'cuz of this remix, and after popping in my head again last month I decided to watch all of Hidamari, even tho the episode count was a surprise at first, but that only means there's a ton of Hidamari to enjoy. Thank you, so so much. If any of you were waiting for a signal to watch this anime, this is the one. I love Hidamari Sketch so much.

The original version and this are like polar opposites. The original sounds all happy, cute, and moe while this version sounds completely badass. Hidamari + this is the DEFINITION of badass.

The gangs there identify by wearing a specific colour (known as your 'Sketch'), so the colour of clothing you wear, far from being a mere fashion statement, can actually get you killed in some neighbourhoods. This rap asks why we've allowed colour to so tragically divide us, and why we can't live in love and peace by just switching Sketches (hence the title).
