This scene is perfect. The Americans speak English fluently, the POC characters, the interaction between the Japanese and Americans and everything. I find it very fascinating to see Chinese, Japanese, or Korean because I spent 7 years in New York. There were alot of Japanese speakers and as a young kid, I was always trying to speak their language and be more like them! They had an influence on me and it felt like I was in a different country
I like how slowly and carefully the Americans were speaking so that bilingual Japanese viewers whose English isn't super strong could still understand them (That, or the English-speaking VAs actually were Japanese and spoke English with an American accent very well, but that's just how they talk)

Well to see the difference in skin colors in anime. Foreigners are recognized when it's an African or South East Asian, they are colored a bit darkish brown, Caucasians are more bit paler and their eyes a bit larger. Japanese characters are recognized to have smaller yet narrow eyes and their skins are pinkish.
I appreciate that the Americans spoke kinda slowly, I know it's hard trying to understand someone talking in a language you only kinda know when they talk at their normal speed.
